Piss poor customer service. This so called "manager" or owner has no knowledge of what the words customer service even mean. I asked one of the workers about me having dead before cooked crawfish in my pan and it was not just one or two. I then asked to speak to the manager. The boy told me he was busy. Shocked...I said, I would like to speak to a manager. The boy walks away. No manager comes for about 10 min. I find another worker and ask him for the manager. The same cycle occurs. After the third attempt to get this lazy manager to come to my table, I walk to the front. The worker at the front says the same thing. Now I am getting super aggravated. This little short man comes out FINALLY and I asked him...what was so important that you couldn't come and check to see what your PAYING customer wants. This boy says I'm busy. What u want?
As I Lmao! I said why are there so many dead crawfish in my batch? He told me I was lying. I can't make this up.
To be honest, the crawfish have great flavor BUT AFTER going several times, I started noticing this problem more and more AND I personally think that the crawfish are cooked a few days before and then soaked. Some can be very hard on the exterior Their shells seems to be warmed up and possibly causing them to be hard as ever. Well... little guy that doesn't have any sense of customer service no longer will have me as customer and I will be sure to tell all the people I sent there. ✌🏽 Dueces CHUMP!
I wish I could give him...
Read moreIt was okay. Between my gf and I we ordered 5 lbs to start and I killed a few appetizers between bites bc I'm a proper foodie 😅. The size was decent considering the season and suppliers, they took good measures to adapt their work and seating environments for distancing and cleaning procedures and barriers more than almost all places I've seen. Good job on management showing care for customer and employee protection during these times. Unfortunately bc of the lack of interest or care from the employees that day and the multiple lbs we ordered afterward were all overcooked and an extreme difference in our first our just a smaller size. 25% of the second order had cracked shells and missing claws. I get it may be the last of what settled but kept in steam closed bags for order doesn't help how cooked they were. I may have caught them on a bad day or a shift of what was available with medical/occupational restrictions. Just to find a bar near me has cheaper and larger and more quality taste. I'm willing to retest if I go out of my way like I did. But props to the chef for the flavor, the spice was appropriate and appreciated by the order. The apps were honestly on point like I ordered and expected even with the surprise of Edamame on menu. Corn and potatoes were perfect for what I...
Read moreWent to check this place out to see what all the hype was about, and my first impression is that they could do a better job keeping it clean. If you have to hire more people to clean, please do that, but don't sacrifice cleanliness for a dollar.
The crawfish were a decent size but dry, and the flavor wasn't impressive. I think when a place becomes popular, people just buy into the hype. Flavor wise, this place is about a 6.
Ambiance is average, nothing special to write home about, plan walls, the station with the butter and plastic silverware needs constant attention. There was food on the floor and I don't think in most restaurants you find crawfish other floor while people are eating, I've never seen that before.
The vibe in here is very "come as you are" literally, and we don't care how you come as long as we make money.
You can dine in or take your food to-go. Depending on what time of day you go, there may be a long line or full dining room. Outside is an option, weather contingent, of course.
Drinks are Pepsi products, and at least 2 or more options will be empty during your visit.
In short, if you want a casual atmosphere and a mediocre crawfish experience, this is the...
