I keep wasting money here so I'm going to stop. Twice I've ordered food and could only eat half of it. The problem isn't the food, it's the execution by the staff. Both mistakes involved the wraps. First time, I got a wrap and it came out...not wrapped. If I had picked it up to eat, it would've fallen out all over me. So I just ate the inside with a fork, but who wants to eat an unwapped empty tortilla? Second time, I went for a different wrap. I asked for no cheese and no bacon. I don't like the sliced yellow cheese they use and I don't eat pork. To eat it would literally tear my stomach up; I don't have the enzymes to digest it! But I eat my french fries first while they're hot and by the time I get to the wrap, it's been awhile since my order came out so I don't want to send it back when I see BACON! It's a good thing I looked closely before eating! Again, I unwrap it, scrape the bacon off and eat the chicken. I'm hoping I have enough cross-contamination from eating out to digest what little bacon grease I'm consuming. I mention to the lady who took my order that the wrap came out with bacon. She said, "You didn't say no bacon." !!! Ma'am, I've been saying no bacon for over 30 years, I SAID NO BACON! I even heard you say "No cheese, no bacon" back! I swear I've got to start recording every time I order nowadays... Anyway, I want to like this place, the food is good. But I'm going to stop paying nearly $20 for a lunch I can't fully eat because of staff mistakes. There are so many other places to eat where I've not had back-to-back bad...

I told the manager I ordered it without bacon....She reply she’ll take the bacon off I explain to her I could’ve just took the bacon off myself if that was the case... I don’t eat 🐽PORK🐖🐷or 🐄beef🐄... I explained to her please don’t re serve me the same sandwich without BACON ....she said she’ll remake it over and trashed the sandwich.... she then proceeded to the back .....I asked the cashier can I get a club sandwich thats on the picture that’s on the menu....a club is cut in 4 not half... when the cashier went to tell the manager she then headed back to the register and said I’ll just give you a refund ....I explain to her I been to the JOY LOVE BURGER in KATY on north mason rd and they never treated me like this so your refusing to remake my sandwich she said yes I explain just last week Wednesday I spent over $100.00 buying food for my coworkers I WILL NOT RETURNED BACK TO THIS LOCATION....THE MANAGER🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ IS HORRIBLE NO RESPECT WHEN IS COMES TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Today I came in right at 7:20, same as my review for the Mason location. There wasn’t anybody in line or seated in the restaurant. The woman told me the dining room is closed and I could only order for to-go. She acted like she would be rushing us, and there’s no way we would be served our food and eat within 40 minutes.
This is so silly. Food took them less than 10 min, I was out the door by 7:30. They could have let me sit there for 15-20 minutes and eat, but no they just HAVE to get out of work by 8:00PM.
Saved me $3 on the compulsory iPad tip though. Avoid this location.
Not sure how JLB/Joy Love Burger franchises or manages these locations, but employees need some customer...
