Before you walk in they have a sign that says no mask no entry. Btw im pro mask any ways we walk in and no employees or customers where wearing their mask properly they kept them around there chin or would leave there nose hanging out including the owner I have a compromised immune system and so does my mom who was with me when I was there we asked the owner who was helping us if he could put his mask on properly and he laughed and only pulled up to his nose which does nothing we ended up buying a stingray for it to die 3 days later i will not be returning here again since I caught covid not long after visiting the store im not 100 percent sure where I got it but that was the only place I went to that was run like that also tons of sick fish and they put fish together in thanks that dont get along and fight also alot of tanks where empty the store was dirty and they had holes in the sealing with all kinds of insulation falling everywhere yall lost my business I drove 45 minutes to visit you guys since yall where the only ones with stingrays I...

The owners are very nice and helpful. I love their enthusiastic of how they want to help you find the fish your looking for and they inform you of everything you need to know of the fish you chose; they give you which fish they can be with, the fish that are not able to be with, and there personalities (example: some fish are very playful while others show lack of interest when varieties of fish are around it). Over all I love going shopping for fish, corals, and invertebrates at BB Fish and Pets. I highly recommend you coming here if your planning to start a fish tank or if you just want to add other types of fish.BB Fish and Pets is the best āœØšŸ˜„šŸ˜āœØ| Recently I gave it 5 stars with my comments above but a few days ago I went again and the guy showed lack of interest of what we asked and said and he was very moodyšŸ˜’šŸ˜‘šŸ˜³. I give 5 stars to the woman that helped us a few weeks ago (the comments above were for her)āœØšŸ˜„šŸ˜āœØ and I give 2 stars to the man that helped us a few days agošŸ˜’šŸ˜‘šŸ˜³. I hope the other women is around when I go...

Friendly folks and decent fish and dry goods selection. Tanks seem decently clean. They always have mangroves in stock. There coral selection leaves a little something to be desired. Like most LFS they are a bit pushy and sales oriented. Research your purchases before you buy from anywhere.

Sak's information is a little dated and they don't seem to keep up with the industry. Pricing on live stock is a bit low and on supplies, it seams high. They are worth a look if you are in the area but not my go to place. For corals and fish I would look to FJW or That aquarium Place.

Remember, all livestock purchased commercially should be considered to be diseased regardless of where you buy it. Treatments are expensive, laborious and time consuming in a commercial setting. If this was done correctly, stock would be much more expensive than it already is.It is up to the end purchaser not the store to quarantine all purchase, observe and treat...

A whole isle of fresh water fish to choose from, prices are great but most items and fish were not priced. Salt water fish were very well kept! There were used tanks and stand for sell, as well as new tanks and items you need to upkeep your established tank. There's a section that has driftwood and rocks and other accessories for fresh and salt water aquariums. My only concern is the live rock had no water in the tub so the live rock wasn't.... Live. Most of the rock was dead and there were some beautiful pieces but, again, wasn't in water to keep bacteria from dying. You can also buy frozen fish food. A little high on that portion. I'd go to Petco for that. It's cheaper there.

Stopped by today to look at fish, as I do occasionally. In the corner, I found a disappointing sight. In one aquarium, an adult (three toed?) box turtle, a tortoise, several baby red eared sliders and several of another species I am unfamiliar with crammed into an aquatic turtle setup that wasn't even very good for aquatic turtles. I confronted an employee who said he 'gets in trouble for trying to help animals,' but only after he argued that in the wild there is water and land and it was fine??? There was nowhere for them to dry off and one appeared sick. If you can't properly care for the animals you are selling, don't sell them at all. Very sad.

Not very impressed with this place. I had a sick 3 year old Koi and the guy Anthony offered NO HELP. I went back home changed out 75% of the water then began my own research. My Koi is a Butterfly Koi. She has super long fins and it gold black silver and white. Never seen one likeher. She is 26 inches long and acts like a little puppy swimming around really fast when I am around her. .
