Texas Nails — Local services in Jersey Village

I stopped going there years ago but I thought they had gotten better since they're under someone new but it's worse. My 1st visit I had an appointment for 3 and didn't get out until almost 7pm. The guy tried to start on my hands and his hands were filthy with dirt and oil and he laughed it off and said he had been working on his car. The lady finally came and I told her what I needed but she did what she wanted. Needless to say, 2 of my fingernails broke through the shellac. I went back 3 weeks later and again I was there for 3 hours. They had me sitting in water until it was COLD. The same little skinny lady came to do my nails. She started on me for 5 minutes then another tech had an unhappy customer so my nail tech left me and went redid the unhappy customers hands. I was livid because I felt they should have put someone else with me or have the unhappy customer wait until someone else was available. They didn't even apologize. I CAME THERE MR. NYU WAS VERY NICE BUT COME ON I PAID ALMOST 200 FOR ME TO BE OUT IN PUBLIC A FAMILY GATHERING FOR TWO NAILS TO COME UP JUST FROM STANDING UP AND PLACING MY HAND ON THE TABLE FOR SUPPORT TO STAND AND FOR THE LADY TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE I DID SOMETHING THAT ATTITUDE KILLED ALL THE GOOD THOUGHTS I DID HAVE .... BITTERSWEET MOMENTS POOR ATTITUDES AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T GO TOGETHER TRY IT AGAIN MA'AM I JUST PAID IT AIN'T EVEN BEEN A FULL 48HRS GOOD AND I HAVE ONE NAIL SUPER GLUED DOWN AND THE OTHER JUST LOOSE AS A GOOSE DON'T GET ME STARTED....WOW THEY KEPT MAKING UP EXCUSES INSTEAD OF JUST FIXIN THE PROBLEM I THOUGHT I FOUND A NICE PLACE CLOSE TO HOME BUT I GUESS NOT .. 03/15/2024 UPDATE:

I use to visit this nail salon faithfully every 2–3wks first with Vivan and Sarah, then Tommy and after he and Vivan left I only went to Sarah. Sarah is patient, kind and knows which colors compliment best. So I go in there 3wks ago only to be told Sarah went back to her country and she’ll be back. So an older lady there did what she told me was dip on my nails. I had a feeling it wasn’t dip and kept mentioning she’s doing it differently than Sarah to which she said Sarah was doing it wrong. So I let her do her thing but come to find out it wasn’t dip. Also, come to find out Sarah WILL NOT be returning to this location. When I was there at least five people asked for Sarah not including me. To all the ones loyal to Sarah she will not be returning. And their service isn’t great like it was when...
