I went here for the first time because the salon had good reviews. My experience was terrible. The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the manager was nice. The nail tech was rude and didn’t acknowledge anything I said. I had to give my nail color 3 times!!! Then when she was removing my old shellac polish from my toes she got the skin all around one of my toes and it’s sore and swollen. She burnt me when giving me hot stone massage. Then she didn’t give me everything I paid for and lied about it. I asked for the volcano pedicure and it is supposed to come with a fizzing additive I’m the water, that I never received. My mother received it and it fizzed like crazy and turned the water a bright blue color. My water was not blue or fizzy!!! She was yelling saying I was lying. Anyways overall, one of the worst experiences I have had in awhile and it was supposed to be for my birthday… happy birthday to me. Save your money or go...

When I walked in I showed them what I wanted for my nails and toes. I was told $35 for my toes and $75 for my nails. That’s $110 but she told me $115. I even double checks and she said one one five. I said okay, I was fine with that. Then when I was done and checked out they said $155. I said she told me $115. He said that was for your nails. I said I showed her my toes too and that’s what she told me. He didn’t say anything and I still paid.

I stopped coming here for almost 2 years because my nails came off within 2 days. & they never responded to me when I messaged them about it on Facebook. Back then I didn’t post a negative review, I just let it go but after this I won’t be going back and I’ll share the message from last time. I won’t be going back because they chose to overcharge me at the end.

Is my third time coming to The Nail Lab and I loved my experience. I got a deep powder mani and pedi the service was great both ladies that worked on me did a great job. I was in search if a new salon since my previous one started to lack in quality but still had super high prices. My Son’s girlfriend recommended this place and me my daughter really love it here the service is out standing and always very attentive offering complementary drinks.
