DO NOT MOVE HERE! Unfortunately these apartments are fake luxurious due to management not being fully involved like they claimed. What started out as a noise complaint because my upstairs neighbor was making excessive noise day and night( to the point where management told me to call the cops) I did 4 times, turned into a safety issue. The noise started as soon as I moved in, I thought maybe it was kids up there ( I tried to justify it with management because now itās interrupting my sleep and peace). I had no choice but to start recording for evidence. It sounded like boulders were being dropped or someone is WWE wrestling. Management never OFFERED a solution besides the police. I ended up leaving just so I can get sleep. Thatās how crazy and excessive the noise was. I started emailing management a couple of weeks after I moved in because the noise just didnāt make sense. If you have any major issues the property manager will not respond to you. People were followed and robbed on multiple occasions and they did not get security for the property. Iāve never had to live anywhere that has community safety meetings instead of getting security at the gates that cars sit at waiting to get in everyday. (2k rent) A man was shot up and down by SWAT on a balcony. I lived there for 3 months and it was HELL all due to management not putting their best foot forward. These apartments are too new to be this unorganized and unprepared. Catherine the property manager needs to get replaced because she literally stopped responding to my emails and literally never offered a solution on her own, yet refused to accept one of mine. Itās insane. I was told someone would contact me and they never did. I donāt know what made them think I was staying in that hostile environment. You can try your best to try and make it seem like every crime incident is isolated to a person but noooo ITS ISOLATED TO THE APARTMENTS, especially when itās back to back to back, has no security, or cameras. The apartments seem like a TRAP. Upon me moving out( after 3 months) , an agent gave me a notice to vacate in person (mind you I do not owe them anything) . I said yall CANT RESPOND to countless emails, videos, and pictures, about a resolution but you can WATCH me move out and then try to serve me after the unit is empty?? How do you give me a notice to vacate after Iāve already moved out and itās still the beginning of the month?? First offāthereās multiple different dates on the document which says they probably did it in a rush because they saw me moving on May 3, and it also makes the notice retaliatory because they didnāt think I would make my own executive decisions about my safety. You WATCHED ME move out but did you WATCH those people getting followed and robbed that hard. Thank you guys for doing everything wrong š¤£š¤£because til this day I still never got a response. But they gave me a vacate notice in Person upon moving out saying I owe May rent. The notice is dated April 13th, and then at the bottom says I owe May rent and to vacate by the 8th. WE ARE STILL IN MAY BTW/ not even the middle of the month yet. I was never behind on rent not even my pet rent. Iām assuming they thought the notice would cover their butt but they didnāt realize its clear retaliation. DO...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis is AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW! Beware this complex. When we first looked at this apartment we were told they would have security on site which was never the case. LastNight my husbands car was BROKEN into and we alerted the front office and Diana didnāt seem much to care at all for our concern and we requested to have the manager call us. First off we asked to see cameras and were told they only have cameras at the gate. SO PLEASE NOTE THIS if youāre considering to rent here as itās actually not a safe community as they āmarketā it to be. They also DO NOT INFORM RESIDENTS of crime in the community so we can support and look out for each other as we should. They said we canāt say if this has happened before. Iām sorry what? Itās like they canāt reveal whatās happening in the community and I find that VERY UNCOMFORTABLE to know that. We pay rent here and to be treated this way is not okay. This is not safe community they said a police lives in the community and sometimes walks around as if that mattersā¦. Not to mention never seen them walk around. Iām so upset with this complex and how they handled the vandalism of our property and the lack of support from the front. We have informed our neighbors as they seen us outside and worried and they were also upset to know that the complex is not informing residents. This complex has potential to be great but itās a quick money grab for them to lure people in claiming itās safe with cameras and all of that and THATS NOT THE CASE.
I've been living here for almost a year and have generally loved it. The staff has always been kind and helpful, except for one experience that has completely disgusted me. Today, one of the ladies at the front desk displayed an appalling attitude. She was extremely rude, had no manners, and seemed bothered by my request for help with the scannerāan amenity the complex offers.
While assisting me, she was texting and speaking to me in a highly unprofessional manner. Her comments were ignorant and when I reported her behavior to the assistant managers, she even tried to lie about it. This experience was in stark contrast to all the other front desk staff, who have always been friendly and helpful.
I went to scan some paperwork and discuss issues like bug infestations and the parking situation. However, I couldn't address these concerns because I was so disgusted by her behavior that I had to leave after walking into the assistants office to inform them of her behavior and attitude.
This young womanās rude remarks and cluelessness about how a scanner works were infuriating. Her unprofessionalism does not reflect well on this community. I usually overlook such ignorance, but her audacity and slick remarks were unacceptable. The complex would be better off without her. I hope management addresses her behavior...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been living here since February and while there are definitely some positives, there are also serious concerns that future residents should be aware of.
The amenities are great, parking is usually easy to find, the apartments are nicely updated, and the community is generally quiet. There are regular food trucks and resident events, which add a nice touch. It is also very convenient that the community offers a return valet service, which allows you to return packages directly on site for any type of return. That has been a really helpful feature. Anne in the leasing office has also been especially helpful and professional. She is responsive and really goes out of her way to assist residents, and I truly appreciate her.
That said, a major incident happened just three months after I moved in. There was a standoff with police on the property involving an individual who had reportedly been the subject of complaints for months. Police had even responded to a call involving him the night before. On the day of the incident, I left early that morning around 6 a.m. and returned by 8 a.m. When I got back, I was not allowed into the complex at all and was locked out my unit for over six hours. The first official communication from the leasing office was not sent until about two hours after they were already aware of the situation. Like many residents, I found out about what was happening through the Ring app, not from management.
A safety meeting was held afterward, but there was no real plan shared on how safety would be improved. Many residents voiced frustrations about the lack of communication and the absence of meaningful security measures.
To make matters worse, construction on a brand new complex began the same month I moved in, directly next door, by the same company. I was not made aware of this before signing, and I would not have chosen this complex had I known. It is frustrating to see money going toward expansion and community events but not toward increased security. There have also been reports of people being followed in through the gate and robbed. There is a courtesy officer on site, but if he is at work, he cannot respond to incidents.
Also worth mentioning, I have had multiple apartments before and I have never seen so many other little fees added onto rent. Even if it is just a few dollars here and there, it still adds up quickly. It feels like you are paying more without seeing any real return in safety or service.
Overall, the apartments are nice, the return valet service is convenient, and Anne has been great, but between the safety concerns, poor communication, and added fees, my experience has been very mixed. I hope the property management takes resident safety and transparency more seriously...
