There pharmacy is NEGLIGENT! I went to pick up refills of my toddlers Epi Pens. I was supposed to receive 2 separate boxes with 2 Pens in each box. I got a text that both boxes were ready. I got there and they only said I could pick up one box and had no refills. I tired explaining to the lady that I was supposed to have 2 boxes and she just kept cutting me off and telling me I just didnāt understand how things worked. By this time my childās doctor office was closed. So I had to wait to call the doctor as ask what happened. 3 hours later I got a second text saying another box was available of pick-up. I went and picked it up. This time they said I had refills. (The doctors office NEVER contacted them). Then today the pharmacist called me and said that the prescription sticker they placed ONE box was wrong. (I had yet to even open the bags and look at them). Once I did I noticed they had the wrong dosing and directions for BOTH BOXES. So I take them back in this evening to get things straightened out. They took over an hour to get me new ones with the correct instructions and dosing. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED. AND HOPE EVERYONE WHO PICKS UP MEDICATION FROM HERE MAKES SURE THE DOSE AND THE DIRECTIONS...

I have been on 2 meds for anxiety and adhd for over 20 years: I have always picked my medication up at a Walgreens pharmacy - they are the only pharmacy I have ever used. I have lived in Katy for over 25 years and recently had to move my medication to this Katy Walgreens because it was closer. BIG MISTAKE. The pharmacist āTranā and the gentleman pharmacist are so unbelievably rude. They will find any and all discrepancies in your prescriptions just so they can control whether or not they will fill the script for you or better yet make you wait until you are completely OUT of your medication to fill it for you. I understand - really I do - that They must be completely under the STATES RADAR for controlled substances? But there is no need to make a customer feel less than and there is no point in being RUDE to a customer. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again and I hope that other people that do go here - think about switching pharmacies. Itās not worth it to me to be treated in the manner I was treated by the pharmacists at...

Otherwise, I go out of my way to visit other locations just to avoid the consistently poor service at this store. Over the past year, every visit has been frustrating. The staffāfrom cashiers to supervisorsāare consistently rude, unprofessional, and seem completely uninterested in helping customers. It's common to see long lines while multiple employees stand around chatting about their personal lives (dating, dinner plans, etc.), ignoring the people waiting to be helped. Thereās no greeting, no basic courtesyājust a sense that customers are a burden interrupting their social time. Itās incredibly disappointing.
