I bought a electronic vape on Friday and by Sunday it was leaking and I took it back on Monday. I brought box, vape, receipt, bank records, etc and was told no refunds or returns. My husband said " so you sell a defective product and I'm just stuck" No refunds or returns is what he was told 3-4 times in a row. It was pointed out to me there sign says no returns or refunds, so I asked what about exchanges and was again told " no returns or refunds". I will NEVER buy anything from here again and was told to call the original manufacturer. Customer service was NONEXISTENT and they didn't ask any ?'s, open box, etc. It would have been nice to even have them look at our receipt, ask what was wrong or anything at all. I am now wondering if the owner buys defective or returned items and then sells them at full price to unsuspecting customers. I came to this opinion because he has a variety vape options but only 1 item to actually 1 of each type to buy/sell. Employees was quick to tell me to contact manufacturer and just parotted back no returns or refunds...
