Hello, my name is Dena Welch of Jonesboro AR. I have been using Aloha Pools since we purchased our home in March of 2021, we have had our pool opened twice and closed once, with a scheduled closing again in October 2022.

Last week, we were in the store in Jonesboro having our pool water tested and purchasing the chemicals required to treat our pool, always a pleasant experience with knowledgeable and friendly staff. While there, we spoke with an inside salesperson, Josh, about the possible purchase of a hot tub. He showed us several models and explained the features and benefits of each. We found a hot tub that was in our budget range and asked for a written quote. We received the written estimate that evening and the following day we signed the contract and purchased the hot tub unit.

Today, September 17th, we received the delivery of our new hot tub. Josh was with the service team, Jake & Daniel, to help with the installation. These young men were an absolute pleasure to have on our property. They were careful, respectful toward my husband and myself, and each other as they were attentive to our needs & concerned with our complete satisfaction. Josh went over the technical details thoroughly being certain we clearly understood what we needed to do and certainly made us feel confident in our initialization of this hot tub.

It was clear that Josh was senior amongst the three, and I quickly noticed that Josh, who has a service background, was respectful of the other two service techs, allowing them to do their job without interference while maintaining excellent communications. Having been a business owner myself, I have to say that I am truly happy with the quality of these three Aloha employees and would like to extend a well-deserved thank you to Aloha’s leadership in vetting such a great group of employees to perform service on site and those in the store – Well Done Aloha! We remain your loyal customers specifically because of the quality of your employees.

Oct 2024 - Still using Aloha and absolutely love the service we receive. Jake and team are amazing. Always on time and always pleasant. I can't say enough how finding this company and this team has made taking care of my pool myself easy. They are the best and I appreciate them all..

My whole experience outside of the sales person was a total disaster. This was from a couple years ago, but the crew decided it was ok to drink alcohol before finishing the installation on my property. They had the wrong skimmer which caused my pool to leak from the start. I also ordered a package with a heater to begin with which never showed up or got installed. It was a hassle to get my money back for that. I also talked directly with the owner regarding the alcohol and he acted like it was not a big deal and that I was the problem for complaining about it. I was never offered anything or any sort of discount considering all the issues I had. To this day I still have problems with my pool and some of the pipes are not lines up and are painful to disconnect when needed. I have went through 2 chlorinators already and they are suppose to last 5-6 years. I needed to replace an o-ring and it turns out they use specific parts only available through them which make it a pain to repair it yourself. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy!
