Made the appointment 3/6, sent details and VIN with tag number appointment date was 3/30. Slept in my wheelchair last night, my nurse hurt her back but she got here. We showed up 10 minutes early. Correspondence the past 27 days it was explaained exactly what I need to bypass the headlight switch load and make the switch to turn on low current 12v to a duel relay coil. 2 separate relays for redundancy. The headlight switch now is pulling less than 3A. They agreed to do it they wanted to use their relays I agreed. After getting there they were confused even though I responded to confirmation they requested and I confirmed I'll be there. After explainning the above another man came out I explained to him why I'm there for the appointment and he told me a much more involved way much more expensive outside under the hood way. When I explained the switches are notorious for going bad I just want to get the current off of the switch on the 2 relays under the dash. Then I believe it will be safe I was once chief technician of a consumer electronics service center. I'm not going to exceed the 20A fuse for the headlights I'm just going to use a relay capable of 40 A if anything goes wrong it will blow the 20 amp fuse. And the dual relays are simply for redundancy and possible vibration chatter them being paralleled. He responded by saying, "We are not going to repair your lights, no matter how I do this you're not going to be satisfied so were not going to repair them" I've heard older folks talk about younger people disrespecting them and I never really thought it was the way they saw it but today I was surprised. I'm upset that I waited 27 days that I could not safely go places at night when I should have found someone else. I'm upset that when I made this appointment they could do all of this no problem when I got there they wanted to do something else 3 times as expensive. And I'm upset that I let this company put me in a position that if you don't do it their way then you don't have headlights! They wouldn't do it anyway. On the way home my nurse said I'll fix that when my back gets better. Is that something I can fix she asked? I said I have no doubt. I've taught you how to change the backlight array in a 65 inch LED TV, you have actually changed the headlight switch in this vehicle. I have all of the parts necessary. I have no doubt my nurse a little younger than me can fix my headlights. This company can't seem to grasp the concept! My advice know exactly what you are needing and paying for at this company before going and don't be pressured into something much more expensive when you get there.The 2nd man that came out I'm assuming the owner or shop foreman was very rude! Go see Chris Phillips and the guys for any audio, visual, needs you have . You have kids hes got the system you need, tv, dvd, game systems, and music for you. Believe it or not they can and have done it for me! Tv not your thing ,but you travel he has gps and front and rear dash cams that are as good as the movies. Have problems parking hes got parking cams too. Never go outside in the hot, cold, snow, or rain to start your car as at sound decision you can get a remote start added to your car, and start it up to quarter mile away! They do a great job with other car accessories like vent visors, and vinyl decals ect. 15 years later hes still the only guy we go to when we get a new car for ourselves...

Got my windows tinted the other day picked it up 9 hours later had to wait 15 minutes in the lobby for someone to help me then get in my car and see my seat covers had a sticky stain on them which won’t come out, then noticed all four windows had a wet residue dripping down the inside of my doors, door handle on driver side had sticky substance on it had to clean that up. All that was ok but today looked in my back window and the plastic piece around my brake light in the window looked like they sprayed something to remove the old tint and that piece looks bleached and faded now.
