Bojangles — Restaurant in Jonesborough

This store discriminates against anyone who is trying to apply and has tattoos. The hiring manager told me that they were a religiousness franchise and asked me if I minded working in that kind of environment. Which I don't but she just wouldn't give me a chance the entire time she interviewed me she was extremely smug and was always glancing at my tattoos. I don't have anything that's offensive. I just have a autism puzzle piece on my wrist (for my little brother who as austism) a heart lock on my left arm and a rock band logo on my right. Nothing I couldn't cover up and I've worked in restaurant businesses for most of my life so covering them up is never a problem but she really didn't even give me a chance. She seemed like she was trying to make me say something that would be a logical reason why she couldn't hire me. I don't see how tattoos or religion has anything to do with a job. I respect any job and will always go by the rules but this was such a joke. She told me that they play religious music in the lobby and asked me if I attended a church. She said that the team has to know the bible and understand it because they are always repeating verses from the good book. I don't know about you but to me that is discrimination. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up about the who hiring deal there. If your religious and non-tattooed then you might have a chance but for most of us out there that are branded you might aswell look else where and not...

I’ve been through this location several times, not had too many issues and when I did, it was always fixed no issues.

Tonight I go through and order a Southern Filet Sandwich combo, plain with fries and a drink, a biscuit on the side and one of the new cobblers. When i ordered the sandwich, i said nothing on it and the girl taking my order said “so you want it plain” and i said yes, but my ticket doesn’t say plain. I get my food and park, and they gave me a southern biscuit instead of a sandwich, no big deal, i take it back through and ask for a sandwich. They tell me they have to drop a fresh filet for that and i’ll need to pull up, again, no problem. After a few minutes i put the messed up biscuit back in my bag, i look in there and notice i didn’t get my fries! I go back around again and ask them to put fries in the bag with my fresh sandwich since i didn’t get those either. After about 17 minutes someone brings my food out to me, in the rain which i felt bad for them having to do that. I open up my bag and they gave me an extra fry for the inconvenience which i thought was nice. I open my sandwich and there’s Lettuce, Mayonnaise, and Tomato on it! I give up. Worst restaurant in Jonesborough area! It is completely a hit or miss with this place and check your orders before driving away. Consistently giving out customers incorrect orders. Needless to say it sucks driving home to find out they handed you the wrong or incorrectly prepared food. Example: (2) Chicken sandwiches - No Mayo - means no Mayo. Receipt states it too YET they still give you a (2) Chicken sandwiches with Mayo all over it! How does this happen time and time again???!!! Food is inconsistent sometimes great and other times horrible. They are terrible for closing early and customer service is nonexistent! They could care less about their job or you!
