I purchased 3 Warmies from this shop and two had bugs mixed with flaxseed shell all over them (bugs eating the flaxseed). Flaxseed should not be outside of animals and all over the fur . Upon arrival in the mail and me seeing the bugs crawling I immediately took them to Walmart for return (verified there were bugs on them). Walmart refunded me for two of them since they were order from Courtneys through them (3rd party?)). The third one I ordered directly when Frank called to tell me he only had one pink unicorn and would I take a white one. I agreed and ordered an additional puppy. The puppy and the unicorn came in glad Ziploc bags with bugs. Frank's wife was so rude to me (argumentive) insisting there was no bugs on them and it was just flaxseed when I called for refund and shipping cost. 1. No bugsb no flaxseed all over them. I would never do business with this company again. I paid $21 dollars for the puppy and it cost $17 dollars to ship the two back. These were presents for my three granddaughters for Christmas 2018. I'm glad I was able to find them through...

On my latest order there was an item that was out of stock which wouldâve brought me below the $49 but thereâs 2 things wrong with this. They called and left me a voicemail advising me the item was out of stock and offered me something else and to call back however they had already billed out the one item they did have in stock AND charged me the $5 shipping. When I called back I specifically indicated that I did not wanna pay for the shipping so I ended up choosing a different candle to avoid the shipping charge to later find out they still charged me shipping. I sent an email to Courtneyâs Candles regarding the charge and to date I still have not been refunded the five dollar. As a business owner if youâre advertising that you have something in stock that you donât actually have as a courtesy to the customer they should automatically waive the shipping charge but in addition Iâve spent hundreds of dollars over the past several months so it disgusts me that theyâre that hard up for...
