House of Bounce — Local services in Joplin

This place was not clean by any means there were bugs all in the kid area. And the cashier girl was rude and disrespectful. The girl tried to charge my 20mo old baby to jump when clearly she is too small to do on her own. Later on there was a lady that had the same age is my baby and she told us they did not get charged. So we felt like the have double standards, and they pick and choose who they charge and not charge. And when we ask for a manager, the girl had an attitude with my wife and said the manager will be in later and then when I going to ask for a manager, there was a young guy saying that he was a manager. And we tried to explain to him what happened and he had a rude and disrespectful demeanor, and the way he was talking to us as well. The staff need to be retrained and learn how to do customer service. If I can give zero stars, I would just place is most disgusting and unfit for children we would...

House of Bounce is a fun place for children in the Joplin area. My children’s favorite was the bounce house that they could climb and then slide down. I think they did that several dozen times and were quite exhausted (in a good way)!

The prices are reasonable and they only charge for children. On some days you can spend all day there if you want! I think the day we went it was open from 10 to 6 and we were there from 11 to 5, all for $8 per child. Pretty good value!

This place is amazing and has great friendly staff. The building itself is the perfect size for me to be a helicopter mom without leaving the pad (aka my seat) the picnic tables and chairs all around have a great view of all 5 inflatables, spaced apart for comfort!!! A band aid and some cheerful word when your kid doesn't life their elbows and I love the open bounced and special occasions! They are always quick to answer or reply to Facebook and they keep it very very well organized so I can make the 45 minute drive without doubt of it...
