Very disappointed with this CVS pharmacy and their customer service. I stopped by yesterday to verify that I donāt need to make an appointment for my second COVID vaccine shot, as they never automatically made my second apt. I was told I do not, but that I can go online to make one. I advised the pharmacy tech that I had gone online, and the option for Hobe Sound was not there. She rudely told me that she couldnāt help me and to just come back tomorrow, anytime before 8 pm. I went back this evening, around 6, as instructed. When I asked about the vaccine, the pharmacist this time, was the one who was extremely rude. Instead of informing my fiancĆ© and I, that she was backed up, she gave us an attitude and went on about how she is too busy to come out from behind the counter and how she has been giving the vaccine all day. We asked if we could make an appointment online for tomorrow. Again, instead of politely responding to us, we were again addressed extremely rudely, as if we are bothering her. I understand being backed up, I understand being short staffed, what I donāt understand is why someone works in a position where they have to assist and interact with others, and canāt do it without being rude to others. but went to change my address and update my information so they have my current on file, and check the store out ! It was as always a great experience just wish I could have gotten my vaccine booster but they were busy ND I understand!! !
Had I had I need a Phizar then I could have as they must been on that shot today, they kindly asked me to book it Online and this I will do as it's important to be part of the Solution not the problem, even if it don't work on my way to a 4th shot and have not grown an extra arm or no tail or anything so, why not.
(Feel like se people don't get it just prove a freedom or something, maybe ask your doctor and not the internet for advice š)
it's free and yeah I know anything free from the government should be questioned
( Reality check - nothing is free ! The kids will pay for it in the future!!! It is just the best chance to stomp out COVID before the next variant! But guess you be you and I will be me - but if you wise ask your doctor about its effectiveness for you only he (or she) will know)

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI've used Walgreens most of my life but made the switch to CVS since it is on my way home from work and the local union I work in has the CVS/Caremark card. The pharmacy is the worst I have ever used, I kept hoping it would get better once I was 'in their system (12 months)' but no such luck. The automated phone system is 20th century and the prescriptions I have filled are usually not ready for me when I go in to pick them up. The rest of the merchandise in the store is way overpriced compared to the competition, though the sales clerks are friendly and helpful (which I attribute mostly to it being Hobe Sound). I think I will drive out of my way to Walgreens from now on. P.S. - What's up with the 5 foot long tree...
