Walgreens — Local services in Jurupa Valley

I hate my experience at this pharmacy due to the long lines slow working short staffed we were robbed at this pharmacy on limonite in Jurupa Valley our car was broke into while waiting long line he took our rent snd bill money were now in danger of being evicted because of this every time we go we’re afraid because thry never caught him he still breaking in peoples cars at this parking lot they need more people helping at pharmacy and security watching out out people safety I just went agsin thinking line be short but nope Tem cars drive thru 8 people in line one person working drive thru one at window my dsughter suffers ftom thst night my grandchildren to because we’re losing our jome I feel if they didn’t take so long he wouldn’t of had all that much time to break into our car and take our money out of the car that we were going to Chase bank to deposit and this is in the morning in the afternoon at night. I have anxiety. My heart is actually beating out of my throat right now because of seeing the line so big again and worrying about the gentleman being in the parking lot so my medicine ends up going back on the shelf and then we have to re-order it and then I try to go pick it up. I asked for delivery, but they can’t because one of the medication’s need to be refrigerated. I live one block away from the Walgreens. I doubt it. I’ll go run since then the only thing I can do is switch pharmacies cause I hate this one it ruined our life.pharmacist is nice helpful but them girls are slow inconsiderate poor customer service always have attitude many of times while waiting in line, they stop helping people to pause and talk for a little and do random other things instead of going to the windows I don’t know why they took on Rite Aid when they Can’t handle their own I’m...

I went to Walgreens to purchase a Western Union for over $2,000. And I did, thought I was done, then I got a text to call Western Union cuz there was an issue. Walgreens was good, the only thing I could recommend for them was to maybe put a signage up that says they will only refund $300 if something happens, they don't do anything over $300. That would have been something for me to know cuz I would have went somewhere else. Walgreens cannot refund me the money that I sent via Western Union. My other complaint is with the Western Union customer service. absolutely the worst most horrible experience ever. You can't understand what they're saying, they either talk too fast or they talk too slow and they're slurring the words and they don't have answers to your questions. Yet they are the ones that texted me to call them because they needed more information, yet they didn't know what information they needed. They told me to go n get a refund. It was just absolutely horrible! I will never use Western Union ever again. Absolutely worst customer...

PHARMACIST WORKERS VERY RUDE!! i got a txt order was ready at 3:48pm i get there when theyre taping/closing drive through mind you im calling to find out what happend (my throat was swallon) can barely walk had taken my baby got down and they were helping someone else and this rude worker said were closed i said injust got a txt and she just brushed me off. How simple to just give ke my meds, she was literally helping someone else. I hope she reads this and sees that if she doesnt like her job she needs to not work there!! Ridicula ppl are so sick i was a mess with my baby in arms and the person outside said all pharmacys were closed at 4 i called the walgreens on sierra&cottonwood the pharmacist said go head and go and got my medicine. I can stand how they act like helping in not to their reach they were helping someone else.. id understand if it was closed...
