Del Taco — Restaurant in Jurupa Valley

I went thru the drive thru and ordered two meals when i got to the window i paid and got my drinks, a moment later the dt cashier gave me two reciepts and said she had refunded me a meal because they didnt have some ingredient to make the tacos. I asked her for the money and she said she put it back in the card i asked her that she could of just offered me another meal for the same price and she said "well what do you want?" Just like that lol my brother was like nothing now since she was being rude. I knew my money was not going to be back in the card since I worked at a fast food restaurant for 6 years and its best to just give the customer the money back in cash. Anyways I took off and its been 2 weeks and no money I went in and ofcourse the manager wasnt there. Its only 7 bucks but thats pretty much a movie ticket in the theater next door and i also wanna complain about the rude employee ashley. For persons that are not computer savvy, it can make going to get something to eat. When I went in tonight there was a elderly person trying to order at the kiosk with no luck to figure it out. The people working there just ignoring him.i could see that he was getting very up set. They should make sure that someone in this place can pay attention to the front counter which they don't anymore. Seems as these kiosks came into play, it's really sad that they just ignore everybody in the front now like it doesn't mean anything. The personal touch is gone. Anyway. They should help these people so that they can get their food ordered and not be so frustrated. I mean come on. Honestly I am never coming to this del taco ever again I just ordered 2 fish tacos and number 1 combo med with a lemonade I only got 1 taco and 4 fish tacos I was overcharged for 2 fish tacos when I told the cashier that I was missing a taco he was like the number 1 comes with 2 tacos ? Like clearly it’s advertised like that so yes it does he did not seem to know what he was doing I didn’t even get a receipt for my order I was given back my money for the extra tacos that I did not order the manager was being really rude and he then slammed the window I am a manager at a burger King and this customer service experience is the worst one I ever gotten the cashiers were just fooling around and it explains why they messed my order up .
