GLASSROOTS SMOKE SHOP 1 — Local services in Jurupa Valley

I want to change my review of this place since management has changed which is very unfortunate I'm sorry to say. The former manager Raid is no longer employed there and that totally did a negative turn for Grassroots in my and many other patrons that frequently shopped there! Its nowhere near the friendly or professional environment it once was! Sad but true fact this store needs Raids personality to ever get my business and many I have spoken to agree! He is what made the experience a 5 star pleasurable and very unique place to buy from! Although he is quite the salesman that always got me to spend more than planned. Recently been in glassroots for some hemp wic and glass / pipe cleaner . Ian was there to help , he was knowledgeable of the products and after expressing that i was looking for even a cleaner way to smoke he introduced me to the mouth piece with filters ( didn’t know they had filters for them , but after I told him I like keeping my glass clean and that I mostly stick with water pieces like bubblers and bongs for the water filtration he realized what kind of smoker I am . Best smoke shop ive been to hands down. First time coming here and they treated me like ive known them for years. (Pleass forgive me if I spell this wrong) Rajid walked me through every step and had amazing service, even though I was being a bit indecisive. If you need any smoking need this is the shop to be at!
