Identifying a check-out line area (by removing a couple stacks of stock from the middle of the overstock line paralleling the counter) would easily bring rating to 4 stars.

PRO • Typically fast check-out. • Store has a bit of everything (except never, ever regular Squirt!‡) • Best non-cash-pay machine I've used EASY TO SEE · well-lit · words, in general, easy to rest · text easily comprehensible · appropriately sounds (beeps, etc.) clearly understood, know when you're done (or what's needed), etc. • Attendants usually pay attention to customers during transactions/when there's questions

CONS • NO CHECK-OUT LINE No logical line formation area; customers 'hover' while trying to maintain distance, kind of impossible in the stanchion created. confusing for everybody · people don't know who's where –gets worse with more customers –gets worse when there's one cashier, then two, then one while cashier two is helping someone with a large order (and customer 3, who thought there were 2 lines, is left in the middle of nowhere) if customers try using middle food aisle as line (starting as near cashiers as possible) –aren't recognized as "in line" –route to cashier circuitous, and they jam up with person leaving AND with person thinking they were next • Pricing on liquids (maybe for, too, but I don't usually purchase) other than alcohol often mysterious • Pop/soda/something had leaked/sprayed all over other bottles, and the other bottles remained sticky/icky • *Seems all items from Squirt distributor are disappearing-without-being-replenished... The whole section appears to be on a diet.

[BIGGER?]CON For months, I have been told they'll have Squirt in 'soon', 'on Tuesday', but it doesn't happen. Honesty would be better. PLEASE. Do you think I wouldn't notice? BEWARE!!! So I called this store to verify they had what I wanted (Cider Boys Apple Pineapple hard cider) which they did. This is a seasonal item and they were the only store around that still had this variety, so I drove twenty minutes across town to purchase. When I get there I notice instantly that the bottles were COVERED in dust which I point out to the clerk who instantly gets an attitude about this, then they tried to charge me bottle deposit for something that does NOT have a deposit....so I call him out on this, the guy then gets loud with me in front of my daughter and tells me he's not going to sell this to me. I then inform him that I will be calling the BBB on them for this. The lady proceeds to tell me it's her store and she can charge deposit if she wants to....? What!? This was an all around crappie experience with terrible customer service and an obvious attempt to slowly rip off people in the community. Watch your purchases here!!! I for one will NEVER go back ....if I could give this place 0...

I notice that everytime I go in there the prices change, The owner he makes sure he ring me up so that he can charge me more and always charge a bottle deposit no other stored does that. I think he has a problem with Black people he is very unfriendly never speaks always got a mean look on his face.
