Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Kalamazoo Charter Township

I've ordered from here twice - one delivery order and one carry-out. The delivery order experience was fantastic. My driver got my order to me quickly (tip your drivers!), my food was hot, fresh and correct. A very pleasant first experience that I made sure to compliment them on. I would most definitely recommend ordering delivery from this location based on that experience. The second time, however, was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered a half pepperoni, half mushroom, onion and garlic Big New Yorker pizza and a dessert cookie for carryout on a Sunday evening. Arrived 5 mins earlier than the pick-up time I was given, but still waited between 15-20 minutes for our order. There were a whole 3 employees in the store that avoided eye contact and helping you at all, and we sat and watched as at least half a dozen delivery orders were sent out as we waited for our late order. First we were told they were out of cookies and gave us bread sticks instead without being given the option for something else. Then, when we finally got out order, the cookie was there too? I was missing the garlic topping on the pizza, which was far from cut in half. More like 1/3 mushrooms garlic and onion and 2/3 pepperoni, leaving the veggie person to fill up on the bread sticks.So those came in handy, at least. Our order was hot and fresh, though. But not quite right with missing the garlic, which tops off the taste. I'd be hesitant to order carry-out from here again, but would probably give it one...

I would give them 0 stars if I could. This place was absolutely awful. For starters, I placed a curbside order for 6:30 and it wasn’t ready until 6:50. Secondly, I called them to let them know that I was there and they were rude on the phone “yeah we know already” and then hung up. After waiting ten minutes, I sent in my husband to go check on it. They were rude to him stating that they knew that we were there and that they’d bring it out when it was done. At this time, my husband said okay and asked where we were even suppose to park at, to which he was ignored and walked away. Ten more minutes and a woman finally brought out our food, yelling at us through our window saying how we can’t park in her parking lot like we were. After trying to reason with her and ask how we were suppose to be, she walked away from us yelling “have a great night”. Mind you, this woman was also wearing pajamas. Very unprofessional in so many ways. We are not happy with the service, disrespect or even the taste of the awful pizza....

Ordered online and called multiple times to check on my order and add an item. No answer. I get it if you guys are busy or short staffed, but if the person at the register can’t answer once within 3 phone calls and atleast acknowledge me and maybe put me on hold for a few mins if needed then whatever… not even going to pick the order up. This is a Monday night by the way, not like it’s Friday or Saturday. Oh well..

I hope the food didn’t go to waste but the lack of even the most basic customer service makes me question the quality of the food in general. I’ll just get pizza from the place next door, they are higher priced but atleast they answer the phone when your a paying customer

Edit: didn’t even call me back at all or try to see if I was going to pick up my order. Whoever owns this location (if franchised) is...
