I hardly ever write bad reviews but....Went to try them out In C-falls after un-tethering waiting for 25 min for a single patient with two employees both helping her one came to help me after the patient said to help me while she looked around. She got me signed up and then proceeded back to the other customer to make me wait another 20 min while the same customer lollygagged around. I just left. If you cant help 2 patients in a 45 min window with 2 employees something is wrong no matter how difficult the process may be. Went to another dispensary and had to wait for 3 patients for about 15 min total and they only had a single employee not two of them. I will never shop here again due to the disregard for just not having good...

Just stoped in Fruit Factory in Kalispell and I got excellent customer service from Tyler.. the guy was fantastic to talk to about cannabis and me personally be written up for cannabis vrs the medical community a few years back.In. Magazine in Bend Oregon.Tyler has great insight on Cancer treatments and cannabis usage I am a cannabis advocate and believe that the cannabis industry is growing rapidly and The Fruit Factory in Libby is slowly getting worse. No more tincture will loose our business in Libby and hit the Green Mile in Kalispell and my new friend Tyler at the Fruit Factory Kalispell!!...

IM SO PISSED! This place is scandalous, I walked in spoke with Zane specifically asked HIM if they sell THCA or D9🤬 products because I expressed to him that I'm only interested in good ol fashioned THC not the manipulated crap that has an acid molecule in it.
