Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kalispell

Not impressed at ALL with our food from today. The pizza was rock hard and extremely hard to chew like it'd been sitting under the heater for hours even though I wasn't even 5 minutes past the pickup time I set online when ordering, one of my puffs wasn't even 1/3rd the size it should be, and they all seemed burnt. Every time I come to this store, I end up waiting at the pick up window for AT LEAST 10 minutes before anyone acknowledges I'm even there, even though every one of them will look over & make eye contact with me every minute or so. The other day I had waited 30 minutes for one thing of puffs, after being promised it'd only be 10-15 minutes. They weren't even that busy.

This place is going downhill FAST. Probably not going to be in business much...

Tried for over 30 minutes to call in the order no one would answer, online ordering was shut off, showed up 45 min before closing and they wouldn’t make any more crazy bread or bread sticks at all cause “the top half of the oven is already shut off” asked for plates of if i paid extra was told they can’t do that…. while sitting here waiting for the pizzas i ordered cause my kids really wanted them they continued to ignore the phone as it rang off the hook! clearly don’t care about customer service and i will make sure i do not give my money or service again, same for the rest of my family and friends… Crazy bread is your biggest asset so refusing to make it with over 40 min left till closing seems ridiculous...

They are awful, very rude and unfriendly! They don't answer their phone at night and their service sucks! They really piss me off! I waited in their drive thru to pick up for over 5 minutes and I could see them inside chatting not paying attention...I had to drive around front and go inside to get my pizza. Terrible phone system, no business message, no voice mail set up is what it says and it goes straight to a message...not saying that it is Little Caesars and this is all before their closing hours and this has happened more than once and actually quite a few times over...
