Let's start with the basics. Naming aside, (it's the FISH, not the place) the distillery itself is gorgeous, homey, and comfortable. The product is delicious- from their Barrel-Rested Gin to their sweet and tangy huckleberry liqueur to their delightful citrusy Rum with Spices- and everything in between. The cocktails are phenomenal, well-balanced, and artfully crafted. The patrons are local, loyal, and inviting. Every time I go, it's like I'm at an old friend's house.

The new owners are thoughtful, creative, and determined, and have big plans for the future, from product innovation to distribution, and take care of their customers at all levels. I believe wholeheartedly in the direction they're taking this gem, as the brand itself needed a new breath of life and they're just the people to give it a push!
