Smoker Friendly — Local services in Kalispell

Worst customer service possible! We called them 12 days ago for a specific brand of cigarettes. They answered the phone and said that had two cartons, so we made a 67 mile round trip to buy them. They were a very old and my experience with cigarettes that old are they are not smokable. I asked if they would order 4 cartons of my brand, and they said they would, And they would be in on August 16th. We started calling on August 16th and nobody answered the phone all day. Then we called again on August 17th, again up to 5:30 pm, no one answered the phone. We tried over 30 times in two days, gave up, and assumed they did what they said they would do-- order the 4 cartons. So we took another 67 mile round trip to this shop. The woman at the shop said she knew that none of my brand had arrived in the past month. I told her I had driven here twice, 134 miles based on things they misrepresented and because they will not answer their phone. She shrugged and said nothing. Worst...

I stopped by to pick up a vape for my cousin. I knew what it looked like, the flavor, and the price my cuz had paid. The man that helped me didn't say hello and looked at me with a skeptical look on his face. The attitude continued from there. When I told him what I was looking for he asked me if I wanted 1500 or 3000 puffs and I said I didn't know. He said, "Well, that's gonna be something you want to know." Ooook. He sounded annoyed at everything I said, including when I asked if I could see a certain one, which I indicated by mentioning the brand name and pointing. He sighed and said, "I have all these different ones by them..."

I would have bought a different one at a higher price point but I was so put off by this person that I left.

I love that this place has the products I like that are becoming hard to come by (especially the guava chill vapes) and the employees have always been very nice and helpful. I wasn’t going to put in the effort to make a review until a couple days ago when I called asking for a product and the lady that answered informed me they had one left. I told her I was on my way and would be there in a few, but I hadn’t asked or expected her to save it for me, because first come first serve! But when I arrived she had set the product aside at the register so no one else would purchase it before me and I just felt so appreciative towards her!
