Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Kalispell

Stopped to grab a couple of pizzas well before dinner time. The store was not busy. No hot and ready pizzas ready- no big deal!Ordered a pretty simple order, 3 meat, classic pepperoni, classic cheese and an order of crazy bread. Was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Went out to wait in my vehicle. Came back inside 12 minutes later. They basically ignored me until I asked how much longer the wait would be. Counter guy said "just a few more minutes." Other customers came in placed their orders and got their pizzas and were out of there. Me... still waiting. Asked again how long it would be ( I had to meet someone at 4:30- pizzas were ordered at 3:44). Watched people come in off the streets order pizzas or get pizzas out of the hot and ready case. The kicker on the whole situation was the Einstein working the counter sold ALL the crazy bread out of the case and when my pizzas were FINELY ready I had to wait for crazy bread and when I asked to speak to the manager, I was completely blown off and the brainiack working the counter had the nerve to be rude as I was leaving! I realize the pizza is sub-par, but didn't realize the service would suck as well! To top it all off, the storefront was filthy! Spend the extra money and buy Pizza Hut or...

Today I call and placed an order at 5:42 p.m. they said they would have it ready by 610 or 615 my husband went in to pick it up and there was no such order and they told him it would be 45 minutes to get the order I called and replaced the order and asked if it could be ready in 15 minutes the boy who answered the phone told me he didn't know because they were really busy I asked to speak to a manager the manager Brandon got on the phone and continued to be a very short and rude with me I asked if the order could be ready in 15 minutes and he said we are really busy I don't know what to tell you we can't get ready that fast and I said OK and you're going to charge me full price and he said well ya very rudely Brandon took no responsibility for the mistake of losing my order didn't apologize didn't do anything except be rude and short with me. Pretty shady company. Little Ceasars Pizza in Kalispell off Meridian gave my a boy the opportunity to work there. He is on the Spectrum. He worked there yesterday, they gave him a shirt, a hat & put him to work. At the end of his shift they praised him & said he did a good job. He went back today with the belief that he would continue his training & was eager to work. Instead they asked for their shirt & hat back & told him he didn't work fast enough so they decided to not give him the job. He walked home head down not feeling as if he was good enough for any job.
