Kalispell Koffee — Restaurant in Kalispell

I usually have great service when I come here, this last time though the girl who helped me was extremely rude when a miscommunication happened. I explained that I wanted 2 different drinks, one to have less flavoring and the other to be the normal perfect start smoothie. The lady ended up getting the drinks mixed up and just made one of the drinks I asked for, which I understood because one of the drinks were more complex so I understood the miscommunication. She then was extremely annoyed that I asked her to make the other drink I requested. She started dramatically clicking on her screen they use to accept payment and the other women working started making my other drink. What made me feel extremely uncomfortable is that I could hear her talking about how big of an inconvenience I was because she left the window open. She than took my cash and I told her to keep the change and she must of not heard me because she tried to hand me my change back and I said no you can keep the rest for a tip and she threw my change in the tip jar and walked away and didn’t even tell me to have a nice day, the other woman handed me my drink. Incorrect prices on menu and poor customer service. One the girls said the owner said had a new one coming in with updated prices. That was nearly a year ago now. Came back through for the first time since and board was still the same but prices were even higher when told total. It’d be nice to not be surprised when total was given.

They will argue price too and not honor the board if you catch price...

I go to this place throughout the week. And it's overall pretty good. But on the weekends don't go to this place.The two girls that they have working in there give ne the ick. The place was dirty. The line had one car in it, and the 2 girls made me sit there for 5 minutes before I drove around to the open window to sit there for 3 more minutes or so to get attitude when they open the window to serve...
