Service is poor to say the least I had a discussion with mgmt about an exchange the day of purchase on a item which the manager (female) was pleasant about and even mentioned for me to follow there social media she let me know I could exchange a barstool and beforehand I clarified why I would possibly exchange. I returned to the location to do a range of large purchases and thought to ask about the exchange a week later I was told there can never be an exchange when I bought the item a week prior the recipes shows different the male manager was dismissive and rude without any reason I spoke with the manager she immediately was dismissive and it took me by shock as I was pleasant in reminding her what she shared with me. The issue is not with the item it’s with the service and I believe that the feedback I gave was to make sure to honor there word or better yet not carry out a rude response when a customer is inquiring to avoid a situation like this. I just bought a queen frame that I saw on display for $60, but I received a box with twin size with a damaged part (metal frame twin size with wooden mattress frame slats for queen). When I returned it in the store and I asked them to open the new queen, the same part was damaged. I asked them to return my money or give me a gift card, but they don't have this policy. They only exchange with new damaged item. I left the frame in the store, and they will enjoy the easy money that they made. I am pretty sure that if I ask to buy something that looks new and without damage and they tell me the price for it, they should put in the box the same item, not some parts from different sets. First time at this store. I was Christmas shopping for my son and was referred by my friend. I had opened a pack of decals to look at them because they were bunched together, you couldn't see all of them and this was one thing my son said he wanted off line and I was pleased they had them so I didn't have to order them. I was looking to see if there were ones in there that he would like before I bought the whole package without knowing what was in it. Also making sure there weren't any inappropriate ones. An employee told me to not take the stickers out of the package. Apparently you can't look at what you're about to buy since 50 some odd decals are stacked on each other.
