This was my only visit to this fast-food restaurant for late night food. The dining area was closed, and the drive-thru had a line several cars deep. I used my Google Maps to search for someplace that was open and also saw that I could place my order for pickup. The 3rd-party app I used, Postmates, was clicked by default on the menu, and I didn't notice it until after I ordered and paid. I received a text that my order was ready before I made it to the window, but once I got there a man told me that somebody had already picked it up. That seemed ludicrous, but the man was hateful and told me to get my money back from Postmates. I tried but never got a refund. I wanted to add an edit because I see the owner of this Texas Tom's responded to my review and is attempting misdirection with his claim that I must have the wrong location. Your unprofessionalism is as astounding now as it was the night you sent me away empty handed and took over $20 of my money for no apparent reason other than you could. So you did. Where is the apology for my bad experience? Instead of telling me I'm wrong, shouldn't you be trying to smooth things over with an angry customer? You clearly have much to learn about being an American...

Gave them my order asked for mustard mayo and ketchup and got none. Ordered one with extra lettuce and tomato onion and pickle got dry burger extra smashed and disappointing. Ordered a chicken breast received one so small it was like having a tender with bones. I don't have social media of any form. I do not complain as a hobby. But I have eaten here and it was so good and high quality once upon a time. I used to get something 3 times a week. I have a before and after experience. Once upon a time it was good. Now if your looking for something to keep your stomach from eating your head this is the place to go to. On the positive side I will be saving money from here on out as the prices have gone up, cheese stick dip recipe has changed and is blah and the rest of food shrunk and lost quality. This said for informational purposes and is of course only my opinion. Just trying to help out being money power has shrunk and wasting it really hurts. Hopefully my experience is rare and yours is excellent....

This place hits the spot! They were out of tea and I'm STILL giving them 5 stars.
We had the giant tenderloin and the seafood basket. At first I thought they had undersold the "giant" tenderloin, but then I realized that 1/4-1/3 of it was folded under itself. Not sure if this was accidental or intentional, because if it was intentional, it actually made the tenderloin fit the bun. I guess I could have unfolded it, but it was too delicious to worry about.
The fish and shrimp were both piping hot and words cannot do justice to just how good the fish was. On point!!
Did not care for (what I think was) their version of shrimp sauce, but I don't eat much shrimp sauce anyway. I just like to taste the shrimp.
Typically, I don't tend to prefer fatter fries, but theirs work. Perfect amount of salt.
We tried it on the recommendation of a friend and we will DEFINITELY be going back in the near future... once our arteries have had time to...
