They are knowledgeable on period clothing, guns, equipment. They also deliver & pickup locally, ship across the country. Instruction on use of all makeup & minor alterations on costumes. Can sometime design & make some special request props if time permitting. Plan on time in shop as there is so much to see & learn, all at reasonable prices. This wonderful shop is not in a great location. The people who work there are salt-of-the-earth good people. Their shop is cluttered with fun, whimsical, terrifying & fantastical. Don't limit your search to the front of the check out counter. Ask to see the secret lair in the back. Sensory overload is too mild of a description of what you'll feel. I'd love to spend the next 3 months just digging through everything. I'm guessing, if they don't have it, it doesn't exist. I will come back here...

We rented 4 costumes from this place and the service prior to renting was "okay". The problem is really when you "return" them they are rude and nit picky on their costumes which I might add are not anything to run home about. I got accused of damaging a costume which looked about 30 years old with already "repairs made to it prior to renting it".
