Tacos El Guero 100% Michoacanos — Restaurant in Kansas City

Excellent service, attention, cleanness; super clean bathrooms. The food is absolutely delicious, authentic; cooking and service bynthe family that owns the restaurant. Tried several tacos; tongue, buche, beef, chorizo; each one of them were delicious and made the Michoacán way. Also had birria and was simply delicious. The chicha and the Jamaica water were right on on taste and levelmof sugar. The also have a refrigerator for those interested in drinking some Mexican sodas or tradiuiitional ones. Please note that the Birria and Menudo are only available in the weekends. Didn't try the Menudo, was told is super good and will use not having had it to come back to enjoy it and also get extremely delicious tongue tacos. The place is located in Kansas City, Kansas. Give it a try, the go grocery shopping in one of the Mexican grocery stores located close by; you will be transported to the Mexican grocery store without having to take a passport or scheduled a plane trip South of...

Some of the best tacos I have had in KCK/KCMO metro area…might be the best! The crushed pinto beans and roasted onions were a different but much appreciated element to the tacos. The meat was cooked and seasoned to perfection…no veggie options here for my vegetarian/vegan friends, sorry! That’s probably my only knock on this place and that’s nitpicking! Lastly, the apple soda pictured is one of my new favorite drinks. I have never seen nor had this before until I came here. So as you can see, the food is as good as it looks and the drinks are on point. Even the consumé they give you with your tacos is great. Oh and I highly suggest you eat in- the smells coming from the cooktop just add to the experience, no 🧢 This is a must try spot if you are a taco aficionado!...

I was hoping to love this place and don't get me wrong, the Asada tacos were good and crunchy meat but the birria tacos did not meet my expectations. The main reason I went to the spot was to try the quesabirria tacos but was disappointed. They were some what dry for my taste. And the salsa needed more flavor, i didn't get that kick I was hoping for. Another thing is that they don't list the prices and they don't let you know when you order either. When you check out they just list the whole amount and not a break down of prices. That's not how you do business, they need to be more upfront about the cost. I believe they're were like 3...
