Love this nail spa! It's clean, professional, and customer service is great. The reviews on here are legit. You're not begged to leave a review before leaving the spa as I've read at other places. The price is reasonable, and the staff cares you get what you are paying for. I don't go to get my nails done ever because I could do it myself to save the money. I am also picky about the people touching me. I also speak the language and avoid places that like to gossip about their customers. Although for a special occasion I decided to search for a place. I came in with short nails that I recently clipped all the way down about a week ago. I only wanted a manicure and pedicure with shellac polish. Anna & Ruby were my nail techs and they were both kind, polite, sweet and easy to talk to. They understood what I wanted and encouraged me to try their honey butter pedicure and add paraffin treatment for my dry skin. I do wash my hands often being a baker, resulting in dry skin. I accepted their advice and my hands and feet feels so soft and well moisturized now. This was much needed and I appreciate their suggestions. Understanding that I don't get my nails pampered often, they both expressed their interest in seeing me again when I'm ready for another nail session. I will return in the future to see both Anna and Ruby again. Thank you Capri for running a professional establishment with hard-working and caring staff.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on Wednesday 09/24/25 at 1 p.m. I went in for the repair of two nails—one to have an extension applied and the other to be reinforced with gel, as it was broken. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. Only three days have passed since the service, yet my nails already look as though they have two weeks of growth. From the moment I left the salon, I noticed that the material had not been applied starting at the nail bed, but further down. Additionally, the cuticles were neither removed nor pushed back to give a cleaner look, the edges were not properly filed, and I was left with rough borders. This is not the first time I have left disappointed. On a previous visit, I had to return so that the design I originally requested could be corrected. I had hoped the service had improved, but unfortunately, I ended up even more dissatisfied this time. I did not raise these issues at the time because the appointment had already taken two hours, and I was running late to pick up my son from school, as the process took much longer than expected. Considering the elevated price compared to the quality of the work, I truly expected better service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received on Wednesday 09/24/25 at 1 p.m. I went in for the repair of two nails—one to have an extension applied and the other to be reinforced with gel, as it was broken. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not meet my expectations. Only three days have passed since the service, yet my nails already look as though they have two weeks of growth. From the moment I left the salon, I noticed that the material had not been applied starting at the nail bed, but further down. Additionally, the cuticles were neither removed nor pushed back to give a cleaner look, the edges were not properly filed, and I was left with rough borders. This is not the first time I have left disappointed. On a previous visit, I had to return so that the design I originally requested could be corrected. I had hoped the service had improved, but unfortunately, I ended up even more dissatisfied this time. I did not raise these issues at the time because the appointment had already taken two hours, and I was running late to pick up my son from school, as the process took much longer than expected. Considering the elevated price compared to the quality of the work, I truly expected better service. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

I am very disappointed in the management. I was told the day I left my appointment that I could come back and get my nails redone for free since I did not like them and they did not have time to fix them. I came back six days later and got my nails fixed by a different nail technician (not by choice) and got a bill for $50. I ended up having to pay for something I was promised it was free. I explained to them in the beginning when I first got in to Ben, the Asian receptionist, about what had happened and he said that’s fine. Ben told Mr Binh( might have gotten his name wrong) what was wrong with my nails and he didn’t say anything at all except told me to wait in the little lobby. Afterwards, he sat me down with Stacy and was telling me how these workers are paid. I’m sorry why does it matter how the nail text are being paid he later went on to explain that now he has to take a pay difference because he has to give me a discount on the management side since they get a percentage of what they make and yada yada yada. I’m here like okay? What does that have to do with me? Stacy was absolutely amazing. She did an amazing job and I loved it. Skip to the end I have a bill of $50 and now I’m confused. I was told I was gonna get my nails done for free. I did not get a refill and my issues with my nails got fixed so why am I paying $50? He said my nails didn’t break therefore it is not covered. That is not what the women Asian receptionist told me. Second of all the design of the nail was snagging on everything after less than a week and it was glued to my cuticles and started lifting after LESS THEN A WEEK! so that becomes a nail issue and it should’ve been covered, but instead the manager went on about how these ladies are not paid by the hour, and they should get compensated for their time. Which from the beginning he should’ve said something instead of saying OK, let’s get your nails fixed. That was misleading in the first place second of all, Miss Ashley, my original nail tech told him it’s OK just take the money from my end and give it to Stacy so that she( me) doesn’t have to pay. Mr. Binh gladly accepted and still made me pay. Like really, Mr. Binh?! I get you’re running a business but umm your FRONT staff told me to come back within 7 days to get it fix for free. Your nail tech told you to just take the money from her end to give to Stacy and that wasn’t enough for you? You have to find a way so that you, the company, can double dip!! How are you going to tell people it’s covered within 7 days and now go back on it? Is it my fault the nail is lifting or snagging onto my hair? I paid well over $100 for my nails and you can’t fix the mistake? On top of that where is it supposed a discount? The slip said $50. I paid in full and tip… where is this supposed “discount”? The audacity of the manager is absolutely ridiculous. If you’re looking for a place with good management and up hold their 7 day warranty, DO NOT GO HERE! Management just want to take your money no matter who they screw over. Especially Mr. Binh. He would rather lose a whole customer and keep 40% of his/(company’s) earnings than lose.. that’s only $20. $30 of the $50 went to Stacy which Ms. Ashley covered for it…. But...
