I placed an order online to make my order faster because i was in a rush. There was no signal so my order confirmation didnât go through but the charge and order had been made, so I was trying to figure out if my order had been made, mind you i was there with 4 other friends and one of them had already gotten their order and letâs me know my order was made so i tell one of the workers that was my order and i said it in spanish so she would understand me but she tells me i have to show her the order confirmation on the app and i tell her i donât have it and she calls the manager over. Turns out someone had came in and taken the wrong order because they had the same name so itâs not my fault that these women donât know how to do their job. I spent 20 mins arguing back and forward with the manager and she was trying to ignore me so me and my friends are telling her we have to go so i show her my card had been charged and i show them my school ID so they see itâs my name on the order but they still wonât give it to me and the manager has the audacity to tell my friends to calm down and proceeds to LEAVE. At this point iâm so angry iâm about to go full karen, so this lady waiting to get her order in sees our frustration and sends the manager over to us, she comes back giving us atttitude in spanish thinking i donât understand and argue with her in spanish. after i show her once again the receipt and proof she gives me my order. When i get to my school i see they didnât even make the order right. i got an italian herb & cheese bread with turkey and received white bread with no cheese and CHICKEN. HORRIBLE customer service and the manager was a very mean person. Will never be ordering anything from this location again. FIRE...
   Read moreThis is the absolute worst subway. My wife and I kept ordering here cause we live in the neighborhood. They are always slow and no one seems to be able to understand what you are ordering. Though today I ordered two combos through the app. One an ultimate BMT and the other the garlic Cheesesteak. Both were supposed to be on Italian herbs and cheese. When I arrived I was in a rush cause I needed to get to my kids school near by. When I came in one sub was wrapped and the one older lady was working on my Ultimate BMT. I looked and realized it was on the wrong bread and I asked her if that was my sub and she tried to show me her paper until she read it's the wrong bread. It wasn't even toasted like I had in my order. Though I was in a rush and she didn't even apologize. I just told her finish up and I would take them. I then ran home to grab my wife and off to the school. We decided to eat while waiting at the school for child and realized that my wife's sub was on the wrong bread, not toasted and none of the nacho cheese that comes with her sub. This is not the first time they messed up and I told my wife I can't wait till the Jersey Mike's opens near by so I never have to deal with them again when I want a sub. Also on top of it they always give you the beat minimum meat unless the supervisor is there and I've seen him complain to the older lady as well.    Read moreI have come here twice and today was the last day. I came the other day for a footlong flatbread breakfast sub and the girl told me they didn't know how to make it. Egg, bacon cheese, how hard is that? I had to tell the employee how to make it. She obviously wasn't trained. Tonight I walk in the a customer was leaving the female employee (different one from the first time) saw me walk in and walked to the back. I heard a bunch of banging as she was doing something back there. Then she comes out and doesn't greet me at all, ZERO customer service. I had to ask HER how she was. As the customer this is completely unacceptable. She mumbled fine but then proceeded to ignore me, wiped the counter, doesn't ask me if I know what I want, doesn't ask if I'm ready to order, ect, and turns her back on me at the sink. She had a disgruntled look on her face as if I was actually annoying her by actually coming in to give them business. I turned and walked out. I worked in customer service for 22 years and I would never treat a customer in this manner. I don't care if you're mad cause you working a low wage job at a sandwich shop you better be providing excellent customer service and make every customer feel welcomed. I can take my hard earned money elsewhere which I did at chic fil a and they provided excellent service as usual. I have been to other Subways in the area and never had this issue.
