If a guest needs help finding an item, then you should always stop what you're doing (specifically your tasks) and take a moment to kindly walk your guests to the aisle where their item is located... especially if the guest is an elderly person. Don't just point towards the area where the item is located. This type of behavior is lazy and it's being reinforced by some of Target's team leaders whose names I won't disclose. Read moreI tried to contact the pharmacy inside this Target. There is no way to do it through their telephone system. On the website the telephone number for the pharmacy is no where to be found. We are visiting and trying to get a prescription. So because of the poor communication I will not get it for 4 extra days since it is over weekend.
