L&L Hawaiian — Restaurant in Kauai

On Saturday December 18, 2021 I visited the Kukui Grove L&L for a drink. The drink prices on your menu clearly states Medium $2.05, Large $2.65, Jumbo $3.05. So I ordered a medium Mountain Dew being that would be the smallest drink you offer and that's what I wanted. The female cashier (wish I caught her name) said I owed $2.77. So I questioned her, "why do I owe so much?" She kept saying I owe $2.77! I mentioned that the menu says for a medium drink it says $2.05!! Then she showed me the cup sizes (which there was only 3 sizes to choose from) and said it was small, medium, and large. I became upset and pointed to the menu but she refused to read what I was reading off the menu! I did tell her she was ripping off the customers, took my money back and left! Do not order online, they never got my order even after I showed an email conformation and that I paid online, horrible customer service instead of offering to cook my order, the man at register was trying to call a manager and insisted I went to the wrong location even after I showed email conformation for the lihue location, he finally said he would make the order, he then tried to charge me again for same order I explained I had already paid and then pulled up my bank account to show pending transaction, zero apologies and treated me as if I was lying over $25 of mediocre food, even after showing 2 forms of proof, will NEVER RETURN HORRIBLE...

My stomach is spinning in circles after eating here. I had the seafood combo with fried shrimp, fried fish, BBQ beef, and a side of macaroni salad. Both the beef and fish I'd give a 6.5/10. Serviceable, but not worth the price I paid. $18. And the shrimp? The texture when eating it was like those medicine tablets you took as a kid. It didn't melt in your mouth, it awkwardly dissolved; and tasted like nothing. Only adding a second star because other members of my family got stuff they thought was good.
