I would give no stars to this facility if it would let me. I waited a week for results to a culture with blood in it. Had it read by another doctor who said it was contaminated. I was told by Lana I could call back when I was not being rude. Well failing to schedule lab work, give results, follow up in my world is rude. I was called twice I was doing what they asked. I called to ask if my results were going to be read today. Lana started with excuse I already heard and did not answer my question. I think that's rude. Okay called another doctor asked them to get the results. When you become a doctor your patients should be your priority not taking every other day off or making excuses. Certainly not having the small community attack your former patient making it all about a diet drug. I guess they have trouble with compression. My concern were my lab results, and being up at 2 in the morning in pain. I was prescribed Naproxen that I already had and it was not working. I took the max allowed per day. I read and comprehend fine. Celebrex works so put forth the effort get an override and get your patient rest. Your receptionist rolled her eyes at me. You want to preach nutrition don't have an obese receptionist eating her unbalanced diet in front of your patients. I preferred the doctor in Superior who got the report. The doctor who got my son his inhaler. Don't voice an opinion about your license when you clearly have no ethics. I had hip pain for 6 months. I don't need to wait 4 more months in pain to know it's not going away. I needed an MRI but would have settled for an xray at least. I have an appointment on Monday for my A1C, my liver enzymes, my iron, vitamin D all the stuff this P.A. was not interested in ordering that I needed. I am well aware of the tough DEA guidelines. No more than 7 days in a 30 day period. I needed a double root canal in December and an endodontist was booking in February. So I know when pain gets severe your stuck with it. I was complaining about a culture that even after a long rant at 2 in the morning and was only meant to say hey doctor I need my results. Instead I was viciously attacked with foul language by this community. I am a professional to with a MBA in law there are HIPPA laws my privacy is not to be shared with your small community that can't mind their business. At 7:30 I was still being bullied and harrassed by Michael Smith's community. No ethics, no accountability. I am the only doctor in town so you will wait. No I won't I will drive to a real doctor not a P.A. who takes better care of a culture than allowing it to be contaminated by not properly handling it.Not seeing Jeri Garcia's raving reviews here or anyone else who made this about a drug phentermine. Where are your Facebook doctors practicing medicine without a license? Unacceptable. I know about diet and exercise. I know what a carb is a starch. The ethical doctors in the world educate you before prescribing phentermine for short term. Once again I am well aware it is not a permanent solution. I also am not interested in hearing about 50 other patients who werent successful on phentermine. Especially the one who gained it back. That means it was unsuccessful and your wasting my time discussing another patient. Get real forms that make me list the over 28 surgeries I have had. The fact I just had treatment at the Virginia Piper Cancer Center in Avondale. I need iron and not when it's convenient for a doctor to give it to me. A P.A. is to be overseen by a licensed doctor. I believe such doctor had the audacity to call me after his office told me not to. FYI you do have to give my lab results and at that point I requested to pick them up if you couldn't. I only have his recorded voice another woman and Lana's. I didn't even get to the fact I needed a referral to the Barnet Delaney clinic because diabetics can and do lose their eyesight to diabetes everyday. Please don't make what is already in the news and on bulletins about a controlled substance when it's about...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe second paragraph is a whole other rating that I just realized that I never hit the post button. This appointment was just for a wellness update. I met with a really nice lady from Cobre Valley Regional Medical Center. An RN, I believe. She gave me the usual short term memory test and asked me all of the questions that pertain to someone of my advanced years (68). It turns out that I am in pretty good shape for the shape I'm in. Dr. Mcbride came in to follow up on what nurse had to say. He said something that really surprises me. He told me that I passed with flying colors. I was amazed that I am considered totally "NORMAL". What in tarnation is normal? Is it normal to feel like I crawled out from under a rock when I wake up in the morning. Probably so. I have put my body through a lot over the past 68+ years. I am still really active once I get my body moving. Now I just have to get my thyroid stuff figured out and there is a chance that I can get a congenital cataract surgically removed in the near future. Something that other eye doctors have been telling was too late. I could have been seeing out of both eyes since I was 14 years old (1970). To make a long story short. I am do as well as anyone my age with a few health issues. The doctors are doing a great job of keeping me going. Thank you Tanner and Zachariah. I know that I have kept you busy.
It was definitely one of my best and most painful visits since I have been in Kearny. Zach McBride was very gentle in examining a tender area. He is genuinely concerned about what is going on with me. He prescribed Tramadol 50mgs. It must be made in heaven because I literally went from tears from excruciating pain to tears of utter relief. It was like an off switch. I am starting to see that the problems that I have been having with the clinic is not from the staff there. It is the people that the doctors send the referral requests to. The last referral request for a urologist was a STAT request. I had to wait almost two weeks for it to go through, while in some of the worst pain that I have been in, in all of my 66 years. The last time I looked, STAT meant right away. Not a week and a half. I believe that the people slowing that process down is the reason why the clinic only has a 2 out of 5 customer service rating. Definitely not the staffs fault. Something has to done about that because there are people that can't wait for 10 days or two weeks. I have personally waited for over a month for a referral for dental work so I could get a shoulder replacement. Someone may literally die directly because of those people. I just felt like I was going to. Thank Zach, Tanner, and now Tyler for doing a great job. You are awesome doctors. I just realized that I had forgotten to hit the post button on my last...
