We throughly enjoyed 2nite !! Saturn ,Jupiter , the Moon as well as the other moons around their plants ! Jerry an the rest of the team there were very knowledgeable about what we were seeing !! An educated on the telescopes an how they work! I took my 6yr old granddaughter an she was absolutely AMAZED,as well as I !! We definitely will go back again an again !!! Thanks y’all for making this nite an UNFORGETTABLE AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!

It's open every 1st and third Friday of the month and the the start closing at 10 though some of the people who have telescopes stay open until 10:20 pm though it would be better to arrive at around 7 or 8 but preferably better at 8 pm to arrive also depending on where you come from just make sure to use satellite mode cuz you will easily miss the tiny gravel road which is not very long but do use satellite as I said before cuz i managed to got lost cuz the maps kept showing some other way to get there that actually doesn't take you there but it was east to get back...

I had no idea that there was an Observatory so close to Burleson, Texas. I took my kids there and we were amazed! The views of Jupiter and Saturn were as clear as a picture on a postcard. The team of men in charge were very friendly and excited to share their knowledge with everyone. I will be taking my family members soon. The views of the planets were majestic. To see God's creation that close up was...
