It's open every 1st and third Friday of the month and the the start closing at 10 though some of the people who have telescopes stay open until 10:20 pm though it would be better to arrive at around 7 or 8 but preferably better at 8 pm to arrive also depending on where you come from just make sure to use satellite mode cuz you will easily miss the tiny gravel road which is not very long but do use satellite as I said before cuz i managed to got lost cuz the maps kept showing some other way to get there that actually doesn't take you there but it was east to get back...
