So far I really like this spot! It's very different from the other hangouts I've seen come and go during my 6+ years living and shopping in the area and provides us with treats we normallywouldhave to go all the way to DFW to get our hands on. My wife and I haven't gotten the chance to try the entire menu and hope to do so soon as part of our adventures series (2020 Vlog), but so far our favorite is the Honeydew Milk tea with jellies. . Addictive 😌 . Staff is always friendly and hours are reasonable. With features like open mic and karaoke; I see lots of potential for this establishment being a very convenient and comfortable chain in the future. I went to Universetea to get some Boba. I walked in and they immediately told me that they don’t take cash, which I don’t mind but it still is inconvenient. I ordered a Honey Milk Tea with boba. I thanked the baristas for the drink but neither of them responded and so I thanked them again, but it was clear they were ignoring me, but again, I get that people have tough days so I just ignored it. I’m not from Texas, but every year I’m near UniversalTea. Due to events at the South Western Adventist University. It’s a must to go place every time I’m up there. They have such a nice variety of drinks and you can taste each ingredient. In five years of visiting Keene, every time it’s so good to buy from their store.
