Exceptional Service from Anne - A True Credit to Subway! ​I just had to leave a review after my recent visit. I was served by an employee named Anne, and she deserves all the praise in the world. ​Anne handled my order with incredible speed and care. The Sub she made was absolutely perfect—everything was fresh, neat, and prepared exactly as I asked. She has a real eye for quality, and it made for one of the best Subway meals I've had in a long time. ​What really stood out, though, was Anne's resilience and work ethic. She was essentially running the whole show herself. Her coworker, Ray, spent the entire time I was there sitting around, completely ignoring the line of customers and Anne's struggle to keep up. It was appalling to watch Ray waste company hours and offer zero support to Anne. ​It's clear that employees like Ray are an awful reflection on the brand and actively hurt the image of this location. However, Anne's incredible hard work, dedication, and the quality of the food she produces are what saved the day and will bring me back. ​Subway management needs to recognize and reward Anne for her stellar performance and address the major issue with Ray's laziness. Visited this Subway two nights ago from out of town. Asked if I could please use the restroom as I had to go pretty bad. The lady behind the counter was completely inappropriate and to say rude would be an understatement. Definitely not professional by any means. Told me "No... that I could not use the restroom..." which I could accept. Then I asked if she knew of anywhere in town that I could use the restroom. Instead of a simple no... she proceeded to embarrass me in front of customers. Saying "We don't know what you have and are carrying around going into our restroom..." and proceeded to continue to verbally bash me and go on and on about the virus. Again, this was in front of customers after asking a simple question and was nothing but being polite to her. There are tactful ways, and then there are completely inappropriate ways of going out of your way to be a rude and demeaning human being. Which is how she handled the situation. Me and my friends came here today to eat lunch and the girl behind the counter didn't bother talking to me. I ate my lunch and me and my friends chatted for a bit. We then left and came back ~30 minutes later so my other friends could get lunch (they weren't hungry when I got my lunch). We sat down and waited for a lady and her son to finish ordering before my friends got up to order. The second we sat down a man came up to us (he has done this multiple times, mind you) and told us that we can not be coming "in and out" and he then threatened to have a no-trespassing warrant against us. We are paying customers and this was completely unnecessary and greatly unacceptable. The service here is terrible and the environment was very unwelcoming. I hope this changes in the future and I hope this man learns to appreciate the business this...
