I went in the store with my brother and his family, they were visiting from Mexico and wanted to buy some clothes, so the first thing I noticed was that the lady working there was not very patient with little kids walking around, he told my brother his little kid was walking the opposite way as he was, which at that time he was looking at some jackets, I didn't really give any importance to her comment, later on my brother's was trying on some jackets and checking them out on the mirror that was close by where the jackets were, he then received and answered a phone call while he was trying on one of the 5 jackets he was ready to purchase along with many other items my sister in-law was getting as well, he was on his phone call talking Spanish when this lady approaches him and in very rude way "demanded" my brother to put the jacket back on the hanger!!! My brother doesn't speak English so I told the lady that he was just trying them on and she completely ignored me and kept staring at my brother and pointing at the jacket and the hanger, I repited my self another two times and then she turns around, looks at me and tells me that he can not be trying them on and that she has to make sure he is not going to "steal" them.!!!.....I was in shock and I told her we were not stealing anything, I got really upset and I told my brother and his family to just let's go right away and take our business somewhere else. When we were on our way out I told this lady if she wanted to check into our pockets before we leave and she just shook her head no, then the other lady behind the registers proceeded to tell me again that they have to make sure people are not stealing items from the store. I felt really bad that my brother and his family had to go through this being on their vacation and away from home. I told some friends about this really bad experience and days after they sent me this picture of the sign they posted after what happened. I hope district can do something about it and it doesn't happen again to somebody else that is just trying to shop. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of this ladies but...

The two ladies that were working there last night On August 9, were very lazy and rude. There were a bunch of people in the store shopping / looking for school clothes for their kids and the ladies came up with five minutes left till closing and said we can’t check anybody else out so you guys are gonna have to leave. Needed help in the children's area. Walked up to where you pay as 3 sales ladies were located there and said hello. They just stared at me like I was from Mars. None of them said a word. I know you're thinking they didn't hear me. But if I'm standing at the counter, apparently I need help. And if you're a sales lady why couldn't they stop talking and ask if I needed help? I will...
