RESPONSE TO OWNER BELOW REVIEW: I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The salesperson was a manipulative, fast-talker who misrepresented the product I was purchasing. As a result, I received something completely different from what I clearly requested, leading to a significant financial loss. To make matters worse, when I contacted the owner to address the issue, they were completely unhelpful and did nothing to resolve the situation. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business here to anyone who values quality products, honesty and good customer service. They've also turned off "reviews" on their facebook page; this is only done if you have, and/or intend to have, negative reviews. Classy folks!!
RESPONSE: First, your response is misleading and dishonest. I have no problem with how my truck looks. I have a problem with the level kit used and the dishonesty of your salesman and yourself. I do not believe you reviewed video or interviewed employees, are you would not be making these statements. I was not there after hours — as a matter of fact, your salesman knew I was coming to pick up the original parts he forgot to give me, yet closed early before I arrived (from across town). I spent six hours of my workday there, stepping aside for his only customer and phone calls to avoid interfering w/your business. I should not have had to go back there at all. The slice of pizza mentioned was offered by someone else, not as any kind gesture from you — don’t twist that.
I never changed my mind about the original wheels — that was the client I brought in, who your team also failed. Everything listed on my invoice does not reflect everything I personally selected. I did not receive the leveling kit I specifically requested. I told Brad twice I wanted the original part, and both times said no to switching. Yet, at the moment of signing and leaving my truck, he pushed me a third time, claiming it was "the same thing for $300 less." That was false.
After seeing my truck clearly wasn’t level, I looked into the parts and found a .6” difference and a huge difference in build/overall quality. When I brought this to your attention, in our "in-person meeting in your office" you claimed again it was the same. I proposed a fair solution — I’d pay the difference in parts and we’d split the labor — which you initially seemed open to. You later backtracked and claimed you didn’t believe what your salesman told me, contradicting yourself and dismissing the issue altogether. You DID NOT offer any remedy other than for me to pay for it all again.
Now, I’m spending $1,468 more to correct a mistake that never should’ve happened, after doing research and speaking to distributors who confirmed Bilstein is a superior product. Your shop’s handling of this was deceptive and unprofessional. My review reflects my honest experience — and your attempt to deflect and gaslight is unacceptable.

My experience with this business was disappointing and frustrating, especially after learning more about what was actually done to my vehicle. To be clear, I have no issue with the way my truck looks. I picked out my wheels and tires, and I love them. However, I have a serious problem with the leveling kit that was installed.
I came in with a friend, both of us specifically asking for the Bilstein Part #B86122 kit. Brad told us the kit he was installing was the exact same thing, after we told him no twice. That turned out to be completely false. Instead, he installed a Rough Country kit, something that multiple other shops, manufacturers, and even Rough Country distributors later told me was garbage.
As a fellow business owner, I would never let one of my reps tell a customer that a clearly inferior product was the same thing as a premium option, especially when the customer came in already knowing what they wanted. And if that ever did happen, I would fix it at my own expense. Instead, I now have to pay $1,487.67 to correct something that should never have happened.
Yes, I sent some heart eyes emojis when I saw the outside of my truck, but that was before I realized a poor quality product had been installed. That does not excuse the fact that I was misled and sold something I did not want, and now I am stuck fixing it myself. That is why I am upset. This review is not misleading, it is honest. Driver Design is the 3rd party for Best Chevrolet in Kenner,LA - leather seats were installed in my brand new 50k Silverado crew cab 1500 LT Z71.
My truck was picked up at the dealer and driven back to their shop for the installation.
I noticed a couple hours after Driver Design was in possession of my truck that I left my other keys in the new vehicle.
I drove to their shop to retrieve my keys - upon entering ,explaining who I was (I was asked to buy numerous useless items - lift kit ,parts etc. They even offered to clip my safety feature on my TV -so I could watch dvds while driving for 1500.00 .COMICAL!!!!) I was led to the back of the shop outside . Where some kid had all my seats taken out -spread out in the grass in the Beating sun. He was sweating profusely , struggling to install the leather and even asked me to tell the manager to come help him .
The leather that was installed is trash . Driver design broke a clip off one of my seats and jimmy rigged it back . It gave way and I noticed the issue about 18 months after the fact - furthermore my driver seat wasn’t bolted back correctly and my driver side seat has cracks and a tear already .
Their warranty is not honored by them and they will try and snake their way out...
