I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this Popeyes has been shockingly bad—twice. The management here is disrespectful, dismissive, and seems to have zero accountability.

First incident: I ordered via DoorDash and only half my order arrived. When I walked in with receipts, my receipt, a half-full bag, and even video proof of what was delivered they insisted it was DoorDash’s fault. The manager (if that’s who she was) refused to properly investigate—even though cameras and receipts were right in front of her—and offered no solutions. It felt discriminatory and unapologetic.

Second incident: I gave them another chance, again using DoorDash. When my delivery driver arrived, the food had still not been made. Staff told my driver “you didn’t pay,” and they only began preparing it after seeing the receipt—25 minutes late. By then I’d already waited over 80 minutes from order to delivery.

These are not mistakes, they are repeated failures. I was forced to chase receipts and leverage video to prove their mistakes. I felt disrespected and ignored.

I strongly advise avoiding this location entirely. There’s no pride in service or ownership here.

Went there last night around 8:50pm and ordered two truffle sandwiches. The person asked anything else? I responded and signature hot wings, she said we don't have ghost pepper, I asked if they had honey barbecue to which she replied that's the same thing. I asked for a third truffle burger to which she replied 'oh my gosh' very rudely and then said 'I told you the first time that we only have 1 truffle burger' (fyi that never was said and everyone in our car was very confused as to what she was taking about). Them being out of everything at is one thing but the uncalled for rudeness was just disappointing and the mental processing of this employee was concerning. If only an option for 0 stars was available. Did an uber order and called to asked for some sauces. I was then told by the manager/supervisor that they not accepting ubers because they don't have everything in store. Understandable but being familiar with the app from the restaurant perspective I KNOW if there's an issue they can 1 simply turn the app , 2 call or email uber to remove items unavailable.

Then the lady was extremely rude!!!!!! No customer service whatsoever!!!! We called twice because it showed on the app that the food was being picked up.
