Waffle House — Restaurant in Louisiana

Had to come back and change my review..this location has gone down..Let me tell you I understand if you short staffed on a busy Sunday..even though there were three servers and two cooks..First you come up and just stand there and quietly say you ready to order..we place our order, even though she walked off like 4 times during the 1 minute order taking. Then we get our waffles first..no coffees..no juices..then our food..no meats..we ask for our drinks..she brings them like we asked for her blood. We never received our meats..we asked for them..she then places the order..and it took like 5 minutes for the sausage..then we still waiting for the bacon..ones comes..and then she says..something else..yes our other bacon..which never came..we walked out..I left my food..her attitude and lack of service is horrible..she needs to quit if you hate your job. I always tip 25 to 30 percent during holidays..but every time she acted to us like we were a bother..holding up a booth the percentage went down..to 0%..I have never left without tipping...her treatment was just like a dead fish..there is so much more..but I have to go make me something to eat..Glo..was definitely not Glowing..No...

Absolutely the WORST service from this establishment (Airline Hwy, Kenner). Sat in the booth for over 15 mins, just to have napkins and silverware placed on the table. Another 10 mins before drink order was taken. Couldnt even get that right as they forgot a drink, no straws. The waitress carried on to take other orders from people who literally walked in. Watched a couple leave, in which we were right behind them! The manager just looked around and said, wow another table leaving. Which the waitress didnt even acknowledge. You also have 4 line cooks needing to have the orders yelled out to them 3 times before they can even get it right. Went to another location (David Dr), and was greeted, served, and finished within 25 mins. The Airline location needs to take note from these guys. Terrible service and...

All my food was done except when my server noticed that my chocolate chip waffle wasnt even put in the waffle maker. I told her i couldn't wait any longer. She apologized and attempted to start making it which i appreciated, but honestly that was the cooks fault for not doing it especially since i heard her say it to the cooks. And then she confirmed it to the cooks in the midst of them cooking my other food by saying "did you get my chocolate chip waffle" Also i asked for a side of bacon, and guess what was missing? My side of bacon that i ordered, the cooks fault again for not putting my bacon in my to go box. I'll just go to the waffle house in st rose from...
