Horrible experience first time there and last time there i bought a laptop on October 7th took it home did not charge at all went back the next morning walked in they already knew just set the charger on the counter and walked away computer still gave warning that the charger was not right come to find out it had a bad battery other settings would not work took it back on Monday October 12th the lead technician said they shouldn't even sold it like that did not get my money back till Tuesday morning only got a third of it back and didn't get the last of it back till Tuesday afternoon because they didn't have the money in the store or in the bank you cannot run a business without money and then they want to keep $26 of my money because the manager said there was nothing wrong with it but the technician said it should have been sold like that and here's the pictures to prove it and to show what the computer said I was ripped off didn't even get a full refund because on the receipt it said non affected item gets a charge for reshelving fee mine was defected should have got all my...

We took my husband's Moto Z to Fresh Tech on March 13, 2019 to have a broken screen repaired. Shortly after picking it up from the store we noticed it would no longer take a charge. The phone was returned to Fresh Tech the next day and the issue was explained but they denied any involvement in the battery issue in spite of the fact that prior to it being worked on by their technician, the phone was fully operational. Overall, we paid $125 to have a screen replaced and while that repair did take place we subsequently will have a phone that has no value once the battery dies. Recently took my 2010 iMac in for some much needed repair. My motto is you get what you pay for and I could not be more pleased with the final result. Few upgrades, updates later and its like I have a new computer. 4k videos I could never play back before are smooth and crisp, the speed is amazing thru the upgraded ram and solid state drive is hands down best way to go!
