Excellent training academy for MMA - Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & kickboxing. The owner - Dave Strasser was in the UFC a few times making him one of the first pro MMA fighters from Kenosha. He fought Georges St Piere & it was very close. Many of the people he’s trained are now pros also. He’s a great guy with a big heart & always funny, friendly, and approachable. I always felt like Dave trained me within my experience level & worked myself up to sparring safely with other fighters that knew what they were doing to not injure myself.
