Freebies Fireworks — Local services in Kenova

Do yourself a favor and save money by going to red white and kaboom down the road. You will spend half the money for twice the amount of fireworks. I had to do a return, and at first they were like absolutely not. Out of nowhere the two women owners and one guy that stands at the door started talking to me in the most disrespectful tone ever. that was at first then they started hurling insults at me cussing me talking to me like I was scum on earth. No one deserves to be treated to or talked about in that matter simply because of a return. I remained calm never cussed them back but it didn’t matter they kept calling me names and telling me I was the biggest pos that ever existed, and that I didn’t deserve to be walking. Insisting the world would be better off if I was dead. I mean the amount of disrespect is unbelievable and crazy. Also the guy at the door threatened to take me outside to ( see what I was really about) . After he was talking about calling the law. The whole time I remained silent simply because why? What was the point in all this. They did issue a refund. But customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen in business and I’ve been walking this earth...

I was a little disappointed this time although it's been quite a few years since my last visit because I moved further away. Selection was a little slim compared to before, I'll give that it was on 4th July of this visit and was pretty busy, maybe stock was running low. The 'freebies' you got as you checked out and the $ when up was nothing compared to what it used to be. If I had stopped at the roadside tent on the way to the store instead of back I probably wouldn't have even went, the tent prices were considerably lower. $50 for a pack of 6" canister mortars at the store cost me $50, paid $15 for a similar (same size and amount of shell and powder, different brand) at the tent. Their prices were still more than well worth the drive I took from WV compared to nitro but wasn't what...

Me and my Dad have been working for the past two months we miss the 4th. So I kept asking my dad can we get some fireworks he said yeah on the way home. I said ok I thought he forgot but one exit before we left Kentucky he said look up fireworks in this area I found one but it was really out the way. So we kept driving and he saw a billboard Freebies so we went. My dad was more excited than me we bought a lot but we also got a lot of free stuff things my dad went crazy. So we are planning to visit this store probably 2 a year. And to the beautiful ladies that helped us thank you so much I wish I can recall your names but you’ll were so kind. THANK YOU SO MUCH YOU...
