My dad and I go through there at least once a week. I have nothing but praise for all of the people who work in this store. Kind, respectful and hard working. Not one time have we ever encountered any kind of problem. My mom and dad are so picky about where they eat but they love everything they have gotten. My dad always wears his military hat and no matter how many times they see him they always thank him for his service and they take their time with him, that’s rare these days. I saw where they are fixing breakfast now and I know how good it will be because everything else is good. I may not remember all of their names but I remember their hard work and the good food. I wish I could give this location zero stars. Placed order 15 minutes ahead on the app. Arrived at time i was told it would be ready. Drive thru worker told me to pull forward and it would be out shortly. Waited 30 minutes and no one brought my food out. Had to park, go inside, and wait at the counter for a worker to approach even though I could see my food waiting to be bagged. I contacted DQ about the experience and said the store would reach out. They never did. I called back almost 2 weeks later and said the case was still open. Called back a week later where the case was escalated to someone that was not the store owner. Ordered a cheeseburger without cheese. Had to tell the person taking my order to keep everything else, just remove the cheese. Did the $7 deal with fries, drink and small sundae. Sundae came first, wanted over 5 minutes to get the rest of the order. Meanwhile, my sundae is melting (ordered hot fudge). They finally stated my order was ready, I received a burger that just had cheese on it and nothing else. My fries were lukewarm. I took my burger back. When my burger came back out, it was cold, the bun was stale and chewy and the lettuce was everywhere but on the burger.
