I purchased the 6 person Outdoor Rustic Cedar Square Sauna from Aleko in Kent. Picking up the sauna was easy (we had a trailer). Setup took us about 6 hours (4 adults). The directions were not very clear, but we were able to figure it out with minimal mistakes and it came together beautifully. We watched a quick 2 min youtube video, which while it did not give step by step instructions, was helpful for the overall build. We have now been using it daily and love the smell of the cedar. I will update this review if anything changes. Working with Aleko was easy and I feel like this was a great value. The 6p Square sauna is very roomie. Some advice for putting it together: - tools you will need: drill (square bits, phillips and flathead), level, gloves (for steel band), socket wrench or alligator wrench, rubber mallet, shims for leveling - dry fit the base first before screwing everything together - check regularly that everything is level/plum - The steel bands can be used to pull everything back together if the back separates during the final top panel going into place - Our kit included 3 different top slats for the last piece. They are difference sizes so you can just use the one that fits the best once you get to the end of the side panels. - I also bought LED strips off of amazon to line the bottom of the benches and door outline and it looks great! - also, the first time you use it, turn it on and let it run a full hour with the door open. It has a funky smell due to oils burning off

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SNAKES! If I could give no stars I would. I bought a barrel sauna on 11/16. Got it set up, used it once and it was great. Went to use it for a 2nd time and the heater won't heat up. I've reread the instructions on how to operate it, tried to troubleshoot. I'm done with it. I'm going to take it back. UPDATE: returned it within 30 days and they took a 15% restocking fee. Nowhere on their website does it say they will take 15% when they sell you a faulty product, they offer a money back return policy. I picked it up in Kent and took it back on a flat bed, they shouldn't have charged me $600. They gave me the run around when I tried taking it back. I did everything I was supposed to per their return policy. Got an RMA, took it back, they even questioned if it was a 5 person sauna.... its more like a 2 person sauna. Buyer beware! Do business elsewhere.

Bought an Aleko 16’x6’ swing gate through Home Depot. Installed as per the instructions and then had to dig up post and cement because the gate sagged so much. Dug the hole 3’x3’x3’. Then took the bottom 3’ or the post and drilled holes and ran (5) 2’ pieces of REBAR through the base of the post. Lowered the post back in the new hole and had a cement company come and fill the whole with 1+ cubic yard of high strength cement. Let the concrete cure for 5 weeks. Rehung the gate yesterday. Still has some sag so I had to add a wheel. Problem now is the wheel has problems turning and rolling on the gravel driveway way. Bad purchase. Next time I’ll get a double 8’ gate. 16’ gate that weighs 300 lbs on two small hinges can’t stay level on their own.

Warning!!! Do not buy from this company unless you want the worst customer service experience you ever had. We purchased a driveway gate almost totaling $2500. At first we were told our gate was on a 2 week back order (a lie) and we were called the next day after purchasing to come pick up our purchases. The loading dock attendant said the crate with the gate had a bunch of writing on it because it was a return but never removed from the crate (another lie because there were screws and staples in the crate). Once I opened the crate at home I immediately realized they gave us a gate not resembling what was advertised. The bottom section of the gate did not have vertical filler bars and our small dog would walk right thru it. I immediately called customer support and followed their "process" for a replacement. We got no response for over 5 days. The customer service finally responded and asked if we wanted to keep the gate for a $300 reduced price after I already said the issue with the dog (apparent they were trying to pawn off this improply manufactured product). 3 days after our purchase their shipping department calls me in the late afternoon and tells me our gate and accessories are in their inventory and we need to schedule a pick up. The next day I drove to pick up the gate and I waited almost 45 minutes (no one was in the parking lot) before someone approached me. I tell the customer service representative I am here to pick up my gate and hand them the work order. 10-15 minutes later I am approached and asked if I brought back the other gate. Keep in mind these are 6' steel gates crated weighing well over 300 lbs crated. I tell the customer service representative I did not bring back the gate for it is no longer in the crate and I will not be responsible for any damages trying to put it back in the crate and transporting it being it is their fault giving us an improperly manufactured gate. I am told to wait again for 10-15 minutes and told I would need to wait for another gate to arrive within 2 weeks (a lie since their shipping department said my gate was in their inventory). They would deliver it to our home and pick up the defective gate. It has now been over a month since we first purchased and still no gate and more empty promises of delivery dates. I am sure they sold our gate style muliple times since our original purchase and keep putting us on the back burner. A good lawer could subpoena the records to show it (any recommendations?). I sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls (all lies) about when our gate would be in and delivered. The last phone conversation said the driveway gate would be in on the 15th and...

I came in May 8, 2019 for a gate opener. Maria helped me and answered my many questions. I like that she didn't try to sell me the most expensive one. I told her I just need one that is good, easy to install, and works. She was patient with me and directed me to the one that would best suit my needs. She also assured me I could get technician help with the install via phone and showed me the many videos available online to assist in the installation process. I purchased the AR1500. For those that go to this location, it is not a store front but a warehouse. You enter and it's almost like a call center, however someone will help you with what you are looking for using the computer up front, so it's not like you are looking at things in a store. Once you have made your selection you drive to a bay outside to have someone load your items into your car. There are things on sale outside of the store and on some shelves inside so there are some products you can see in the flesh. You do get a discount for agreeing to write a review. And things are priced cheaper at the warehouse than they are online. I would say the gate opener is a success but not as easy to install as I had hoped. However better to buy one yourself for a couple hundred dollars instead of getting professionals to come and install for thousands. I was told it would take two lay people one whole day to install. For us it was one handy person and maybe a week total. However we did decide to lay concrete and the electric source was an issue so we decided to buy a battery and an ac/dc converter plus create a housing unit for all three things (still working on building the housing unit) which is one reason for the length of time. However most of all, it works and even though the entire project is not done, the gate opener has been in use for almost two weeks now. I would definitely consider going back for some other products I saw while I was there but most of all I am glad to have found this place and finally get my gate opener going and not pay thousands...

On 10/4, I ordered a 12x6' Dual Swing Madrid Gate from Home Depot. On 10/17, I picked up the large wooden crate after borrowing a truck and trailer to haul the 360lb package home. It took me a couple weeks to begin the installation and upon opening the crate, I found the two 6x6' halves of the gate and nothing more.

I spoke with Home Depot customer service and they put me in touch with Aleko. Vita @ Aleko said they show the correct parts were shipped and that this is a Home Depot issue. Great, the run around begins...

Home Depot says my only option is to return the gate for a refund. I do not find this acceptable as I simply want the parts I am owed and now the gate kit is backordered. I follow up with Home Depot locally and they spent weeks working on a solution. It is now 11/29 and I still do not have the parts I paid for, Aleko refuses to help and Home Depot can only offer a solution if I return the gates.

Reading other reviews, this is not the first time Aleko has failed their customer by delivering orders with missing parts and failing to facilitate the needed parts.

I manage the customer service side of a business and in no way, shape, or form, would the kind of service be acceptable whether the customer bought our products directly from us or through a dealer.

I will track down the necessary parts for my installation on my own and I will never purchase anything from Aleko again. In the meantime, I will file chargeback with my credit card company for an incomplete purchase.

It is just shy of two months since I ordered this gate and Aleko has not been helpful in any way.

EDIT: In response to the Aleko response, I’d like to reiterate that Aleko has been of no help resolving this issue and even the Home Depot store manager, who has spoken to Aleko multiple times, says Aleko is one of the least helpful vendors she’s ever dealt with as a Home Depot store manager. It’s far easier to say this is not my problem than it is to help resolve an issue like this and that’s what Aleko’s...
