Im pretty surprised this place has such good reviews because we had a very disappointing experience here... We walked in to an empty restaurant and a frowning lady putting dishes away by the counter. We smiled and said hello she said hi and then walked into the kitchen. She came back quickly but still frowning and looking us like “why are you here” so we took a seat assuming we just came at a bad time and she gave us our menus and walked away. She basically took our order like she was furious at us and was about to start yelling it was really awkward... she never asked if we wanted drinks and didn’t come back to see if we needed anything else. Meanwhile another couple came in and she promptly helped them with a smile ... we were pretty confused considering we had been very polite and respectful the entire time while she continued to be rude and negligent to us. But by the time the meal came to an end I was wanting a dessert drink which she wasn’t happy to take our order at all for that and demonstrated that when my husband asked for the drinks to be to go and she sniped at him with an angry “I KNOW” as if he had said it a dozen times when he only asked once and very politely because she was being SO rude to us. When we got the drinks and paid we left and started drinking our drinks after we left in the car only to find both drinks were filled with old sour milk GROSS threw them both away... I was so looking forward to a good pho experience here but Needless to say we won’t be back and I won’t be recommending this place to anyone that service was just really...

Here's what we ordered with results: Special Pho: luke-warm broth with melting/mushy noodles, but the provided meat was good and tender. Only one plate of garnish provided. Would have also liked more broth for the size of bowl. Meatball Pho: Warmer broth, noodles were also mushy, meatballs were good. Had to ask for another garnish plate. Fresh Spring Rolls: overall taste was fine, though the wrap was loose and the peanut sauce was lacking in substance. Fish sauce chicken wings: these were actually good, though not sure we would order this again at $17 for $10 wings that were on the smaller size . . .
Atmosphere is odd, clashing styled lights intrigued the little one. Bathroom access is very off-putting, down a dark hallway, only one in service with much of the storage used for storage of some sort. Also, pretty much no service, as we had to ask a few times for things like extra garnish, napkins, or water . . .
There are many pho houses in the area, thought we could give this one a chance, but we'll probably will not...
Read moreAh, finally another Pho place that we can surely enjoy. My wife and I love good Pho. We have a favorite place that we are at for the last 20 years. However, time has passed and the chef must have changed and the foods are no longer the same. Taste have changed and customer service have changed. So we have been scavenger hunting for a good Pho place to eat at. We saw this place popped up on Facebook and thought we would give it a try. We ordered a combination Pho and Bun Bo Hue, which are our favorites and they are also the signature dishes to test whether the Pho at that restaurant is authentic. And YES, both dishes weere very good. The broth was very flavorful but not greasy. The cheli oil pepper was amazing, which adds the delicious flavor to the soup. I also tried their ice condensed milk Vietnamese coffee and it was very good. They actually made it fresh instead of pre-made and refrigerated, which some places do this and it's terrible. The customer service was amazing. We enjoyed our visit very much and will be our regular...
