Adding recessed lights to our home. The salespeople were nice, helpful and the cost was far less than the big box HW stores. Yes, they aim for electricians, but serve the DIY'er too. For the DIY'er suggest checking their online catalog for prices and determining what parts you want and calling ahead to see if it is in stock, or can be gotten quickly. Like most contractor suppliers, much of the stock is in the warehouse area, not accessible...

I tried to return several items and was told that they are franchises and i HAVE TO take it back where i got it from.

This was a lie. They are either misinformed or lazy. Very unprofessional and wasted over two hours of my time that i could have been completing a job.
