Kidz Indoor Playground — Local services in Kentwood

I was very impressed with this kids indoor playground. It’s a big enough area to have a variety of different activities for the kids to play with, but not too big where you lose track of your kid or worried you won’t be able to find them. I learned it’s 7 year old and younger, which is very nice for the younger kiddos to play freely and not feel like they are going to get ran over by bigger kids. They also have a special area for babies who are sitting up/crawling that is very padded and they can roam freely within this area.

I was very impressed with how clean I felt like it was throughout the entire area from when I walked in, throughout the play areas and even the bathrooms. It was even a nice touch in the bathrooms where they have training potty seats and stools to accommodate for the littles. They did nicely ask people to stay off the carpeted area by the lockers with their shoes. I do think they should put a gate here. There is a sign on the wall before you enter that locker area, but I even found myself walking over there accidentally and I probably would have thought twice about it, if there was gate stopping me. This could also help with security of kids running in and out of the lobby as well. They do also have free lockers for the families and kids which is nice to have a space to keep your stuff safe, secured and separated from other families.

The owner was super friendly and accommodating. I wish I had a place like this closer to my house. I did learn you could be a member, which again, would be amazing if I lived closer. The prices I felt were super reasonable. Definitely keep your socks that you buy from here, so you can bring them back each time. They want you to use their socks. Which is pretty common across all of these kid play places.

Overall, I loved this place. We didn’t rent it out for a birthday party but we just asked family friends and their kids to join us during one of their open play times to celebrate my little girls birthday. We absolutely loved our experience at Kidz Indoor Playground! From the moment we walked in, I could tell it was going to be a great time for both me and my little one. The place is incredibly clean and well-maintained, which is something I always look for in spaces where children play. Everything is neatly organized, and it’s clear that the staff takes a lot of pride in keeping the environment safe, welcoming, and family-friendly.

The air conditioning works perfectly, which made our visit even more enjoyable, especially on a warm day. It was such a relief to be in a cool and comfortable space while my child played freely and safely.

One of the highlights of our visit was Daniela, the person in charge. She is truly kind, attentive, and professional. She made us feel welcome right away and was always available to answer questions or help with anything we needed. Her warm and friendly attitude made a big difference in our overall experience.

I took my little cousin here for the first time, what attracted us was the open globe she just started gymnastics and wanted to climb on it to practice the stuff she was learning, I think it was really awesome they had a tot lot, which is a section for 3yrs and under, they had a few different bounce houses for various ages, as well as Lego’s, magnets, scooters, toy trucks to ride, it was just a blast and they also have power hour which is 50% off if you come the last hour of the session time! The price was already a good deal for the time, without it though! We went on a Friday and it was just the right amount of energy, kids, and activities it wasn’t packed but there were other kids for my cousin to have a couple play mates. The owner seemed really nice and was very involved and interacting as her daughter was there as well playing amongst the kiddos!!!They also have kid friendly bathrooms, drinking fountain, popcorn machine, for fresh popcorn, cookies, chips, and all types of snacks to keep the kids energetic until dinner time!!!!
