Burger King — Restaurant in Kentwood

I don’t know what her name is but it’s March 11th @9:40pm & I’m watching a girl take order make all the drinks, take care of everyone’s payments, etc all by herself. She’s kicking butt & I hope she gets paid well because she’s busting through the cars pulling through. I watched her take an order while making my shake and she remembered everything to type into the computer while in the process of taking my card for payment and giving me my order. I’ve been in serving business and I know how stressful it can be to be the only one doing you’re job (I’m sure there is a cook of course playing a huge roll) but I see somebody just moping he floors instead of helping her. I’m watching somebody literally leave the building from clocking out while she’s rushing the way she is. I was just watching somebody else just kind of staring there watching her work. So just a shout out to that girl for being awesome! & I hope everyone else who isn’t cooking at that moment stops worrying so much on getting out on time & starts focusing more on being a team & making it easier for everybody working. She’s the reason I will be coming back & because of her hard work I will not take anything less then the work ethic she has shown me EXSPECIALLY with more then just one person doing ALL OF THE HARD WORK! 😊😊 (This is in no way a negative review by the way, I just really want that girl to know how truly awesome I think it is seeing her work so hard while everyone else just...

The Food was delicious, but not too delicious... It good eat if you need to grab something quick to eat. The price of my meal was really cheap. I use the Burger King app and was able to get my whole meal to be a total of 6 dollar which is really of what I ordered. The restaurant was not clean there is trash all of the floor... Which was kind hard to eat without looking at floor and almost feeling sick. The employee we're nice... Well not just nice just your average cashier asking what do you want to order and you get it. For my rating will it be a 3 ⭐⭐⭐. If the restaurant was a little bit cleaner I would gladly give it a 4 Star, but it wasn't just the floor it was the table and that is very important! It's very important that the table are clean. Eating at table is where everyones meal begins and if it starts bad with a dirty table then it end as a dirty table and ends badly. Restaurant is supposed to taken with care because not many people know this, but depending on where you eat and people you talk to and the environment you are in will effect people and you later in the day or maybe now or sometime in the week. "Everything can change something..."...

The only reason they got 3 stars is because of the morning staff, they get it done. Night staff on the other hand leave much to be desired. I was the only one in the drive thru and they still managed to screw it up. There were a bunch of folks working or at least being paid. The girl seemed like she was high and everyone else was messing around. The very first thing on the receipt was a large cherry slush, I had to ask for it again. The mots stick was supposed to be large and come with marinara, it was a small and no marinara (charged for small however). We got a 4 piece nugget and 2 ranch sauces. Perhaps they thought one was marinara but probably not. They did get the cheese burger and diet coke right 🥳. Once again I was the only one there. I'm not a complainer but I have had issues with the night staff every single time I go which is not often. At least they don't hold you up at the first window anymore as they try to buy time for their timer system. Good help ain't cheap and cheap help...
